I know what you are thinking. Too much information lady! Keep this crap PRIVATE! Well, I have good reasons for wanting to share my awesome experience and why. allow me to explain=) I had a job that provided me with Kaiser, got laid off and had no insurance. I got test results back from Kaiser(after they cut me off) that I had a condition called a typical glandular cells. Basically, it is pre cancerous cells in my uterus. Crazy, right? It was the scariest time in my life. Did I have cancer? Considering my grandmother had cervical cancer and my mother died from breast cancer I didn’t want to take any chances! NOONEWOULDHELPME. Kaiser DENIED my application and Blue Sheild wanted to charge me $ 700 monthly. I was TERRIFIED. WebMD basically killed me 5 times, diagnosing me with ovarian cancer and everything else. That’s where PP came in to save my day(possibly my life.) They not only ran tests on me that I couldnt get(or afford) elsewhere(D&C-where they cut pieces of the lining of the uterus that looked suspicious and a Colposcopy-seriously in depth look with a magnifying glass to search for cancerous tumors.) A real MD performed these procedures and I was notified that I was A-OK after about a week. Im VERY grateful that they stepped up to help me in my lowest hour, for my physical AND mental health. I am now as healthy as a horse=) Im not embarrassed or ashamed to have used PP to help me with these troubles, cancer takes lives everyday=( P. S. I also fully approve of them helping low income men and women with similar problems as me and other issues. Birth control, sexually transmitted diseases, etc… you just don’t know how scary these types of things can be until it happens to you.
