We had Dilly out for our church’s Harvest Festival this past Halloween Night… and Dilly was a spectacular addition! She was the hit of the night, with a line that never slowed down.
She did some exceptional balloon animals and hats and the families had a blast just watching her do her thing!
I recommend beyond 100%

Awesome clown! She did face painting, balloon twisting & a poster for the birthday girl! Kept the kids fully entertained & is super creative with balloons!
