Domino’s Pizza

If you want to order pizza that doesn’t get delivered then this is your place. Ordered two pie’s from here last night and never get a call stating my order was canceled. Called to find out what was taking so long and the worker there was rude and lacking any type of customer service skills. On top of that my account got charged 2x’s. Never ordering from here again.

i literally just hung up with them the guy couldnt get me off the phone fast enough. i was placing an order and kept saying anything else? anything else? VERY RUDE and then i said no thank you and he just hung up on me didnt tell me how long its going to take or anything. I really didnt want to order but its late and nothing is open besides they take FOREVERRRR to deliver!

Fellas. If a girlfriend (or potential shorty) ever tells you that she doesn’t do «fast food»? No probs. Tell her to come to your place, sit down, and prepare for a nice SLOWWWWW delivery wait from Domino’s in Woodland Park.
I never seem to get food that is «just right» from this location, despite the fact that there shouldn’t be much room to deviate from a FORMULA. However, what really chaps my hide is their incredibly slow (and discourteous) customer service. Proximity (and not having a car) is what propels me to continue ordering delivery from them.
I can recall nary a moment in which a delivery was brought to me PROMPTLY, in good time. I swear, I’ve had BackPage, ummmm, «hangouts» that have come quicker than this Domino’s (take that in ANY way you can lol). Seriously. And for some reason, I’m always the last person on their route, despite the fact that I’m in the same town, and within a half mile of the store. So my food discrepancy isn’t so much flavor, but the fact that it’s always delivered to me so late, and then it’s colder than a light-​skinned female’s heart.
I would not recommend this location unless it’s before 2:00pm. Or else prepare for a more tedious wait than Black America anticipating an indictment for murderous cops. Yes, it’s that serious.

If I could give it a negative rating I would ordered my food 1 and ½ hours later no delivery didn’t bother to call me cancelled order worst experience ever now to check on debit card transactions this sucks…

Pizza was delicious! We ordered their special, 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings online. It was very easy. We got sausage and Parmesan Asiago cheese as the toppings and the pizza tasted outstanding! The pizza was delivered at our door 21 min after we ordered it. Arrived super fast and tasted great. Can’t ask much better than that!

If I could give no stars I would. It’s been over an hr… still don’t have my food. I’m not planning on eating at 10pm. And when you call the number you get put on hold immediately and then hung up on. Worst dominos ever. And their «tracker» has said prepping since 8:10pm. F you.

Online ordering is great and you get special deals if you online order and carryout too but the only thing they are miss Is being able to tell them i want my pizza well done!!! They have almost every option except that and i would think that is a popular option That a lot of people would want!!!

After waiting an hour for the food and calling back 2 times and waiting on hold they said the order was delivered. Not joking around this is the 3^rd time I heard this line before. The customer service is a joke. Oh and I’m still hungry btw.

The thin crust pizza is very good. The service is on-​time and my food always arrives hot. I hope to order most of my pizzas from here in the future. I’ve both had pizza delivered and picked it up.

Poor customer service over the phone, I was misinformed about Dominos in my location «flooded» supposably since I had ordered on-​line with this location, they were not willing to deliver to my house even though I am located in Paterson, and I had already paid on-​line and made my order. They called me and told me they will refund me, and were not willing to deliver even though my order was processed on-​line, since other dominos closer to me was having technical difficulities they recomended me to order from this location and it sucked that they did not work with me… can you imagine having to go through that late @ night hungry it was horrible. Anywayz dominos stinks I always have bad experience with them if not one thing always another I am through with them!
