U S Research & Chemical

I was in U S Research today to buy hard to find enzyme to remove some blood stains on a chair that I have. Not only did they have it but Gary was very, very knowledgeable about chemicals and cleaning products. So glad to have discovered them in Woodland Hills as this will save me from having to go to other Janitorial Supply stores in either Northridge or Thousand Oaks.

I don’t give too many reviews but I have to give credit when it’s due. I received a quote from a local carpet cleaning contractor for $ 1100 to clean my tumbled travertine and carpets. The travertine grout was dirty in high traffic areas. So I tried to do it myself. I called around rental shops from Ventura to van nuys and only Gary had the orbital equipment and brush that would clean both the travertine and the grout. Gary carefully explained the equipment and trained me on the equipment in the shop before in left. The equipment does take some getting use so Gary ensured I new how to operate it. I also rented carpet cleaning equipment and purchased stone and carpet cleaning chemicals. My house is almost like new and I saved $ 1000. Thanks Gary! The carpet cleaning equipment is commercial grade and takes some serious elbow grease to operate (which Gary told me about). I am pretty beat after a weekend of hard labor. So if you are in good shape and have a truck or SUV, i highly recommend doing it yourself.

Highly recommend for cleaning supplies and equipment rentals. Gary, the owner, is amazing! He is always very friendly and willingly offers his knowledge and advice. Customer service is HUGE to me and I’ve never received anything less from him.
