I have tried to give this location different chances to prove me wrong about their horrible service and food. This morning once again I drive to this location to try and see if it has been several coincidences. Well guess what. It was not. Once again it was nice to know this location would not let me down. When I got my food I had a burnt French toast, runny scrambled eggs, burnt hash browns and toast that was well not funny toasted. When I bring it to the attention of the staff there isn’t w care in the world. I then have a banana split. Guess what? Banana was rotten. I tell the waitress and she doesn’t even apologize? Incredible. I know this is Denny’s and you will always be busy and have plenty of customers. But you won’t have this one. Wish there were someone there that truly cared about my concerns. That’s all i wanted. Hope we can address this in the future because it isn’t ok for a consumer to pay these high prices without the good service. Thanks

I just came home from my dinner. First, the staff was not attentive. I kept wanting to place my order, but I just sat there listening to their overly loud conversations while waiting. After placing my order, the food took quite some time to arrive, but that didn’t bother me terribly much. Now here’s what bothered me the most. We had a coupon that Denny’s sent out, saying that we can save $ 5 off of a $ 20 meal, the whole reason why we even went to Denny’s in the first place. The employee, Federico P, that was helping us out, had absolutely NO idea what to do at that point. He had to ask assistance from another employee, who then said it was ok, but then ran to get the manager as Federico was trying to help us out with the coupon. The manager came as Federico was still trying to help us, and said, «We don’t take coupons on holiday weekends.» Without even looking at the coupon. As we further explained to her that we received this email from Denny’s, and that it says it is valid from 5⁄27 to 5/30, she then she further exasperated us by saying, «It’s only valid on 5/30, it’s not 5⁄30.» She looked at the coupon and said something to the extent of, well, this Denny’s is not a franchise? We don’t take coupons. It was extremely confusing. How can I be at a restaurant, with the Denny’s logo, and have it not be a part of the franchise, Denny’s? All of your menus, papers, crayons, cups, etc. all have the logo on it. At this point, she said that she would try to scan the coupon, but she had no idea what she was doing. She wasn’t pointing the scanner at the right spot on the phone, angled it even, seeming like she purposely just did not want to scan this coupon. After a few poor tries, I asked if she could just enter the code on the coupon in the computer, to which she said, no, I can’t enter anything on the computer. Which baffles me because isn’t that where you take orders for people that want to place orders to go? I am angry. How can you send out coupons that your restaurants don’t take? That’s false advertising. It did its job. It got me and my boyfriend to go. So the least this so-called Denny’s can do is take our coupon. Or maybe find a manager who will actually listen to their customers before cutting us off, and a manager who is able to read. She kept insisting that the coupon is only valid on the 30th, and then after finally realizing that it’s actually valid for today, she revokes her statement and says that that particular Denny’s does not take coupons. I hope whoever runs this Denny’s reads this, then they can perhaps hire a staff that knows what they’re doing.

HORRIBLESERVICE! My family and I have been coming for awhile, however the service is on a steady decline! Most of the servers have sitting bitch face and don’t dare ask them for anything extra, also the managers seem to have the same attitude. Which goes to show workers will reflect leadership. I will NOT be returning to this location as well as tell friends and family to visit another location

I should’ve known what kind of experience I was going to have by just walking in the door and hearing the waitress yelling at a customer to sit down. Service sucks.

Best Denny’s I’ve been too. Seems like every Dennys I go to is out of what I’m looking to order. Our Waiter Eric was super attentive, and was very happy to serve us. Definitely recommend this place to any one who is or have been skeptical about going to Denny’s.

Awful. Drug and homeless crowd is this Denny’s. Make it a point now, to stay away from ALL Denny’s– watch your back and your digestive system.

I always go to this restaurant the waitress are really nice, and the food is good. I really love the tilapia ranchero dish. The only bad thing about this restaurant is that they super busy in the weekend and don’t have bar to sit and eat on.

Saw an ad for a special scramble skillet so thought I’d give it a try. I know you are probably thinking Dennys, really?! Well I was pleasantly surprised. My food was very good and very generous portion. I even enjoyed the coffee. And my server was great too.

If I would of ordered something bigger it would of taken longer, but I ordered something fast it took them 20 minutes to get the food done. Lots of room for improvement!

This Denny’s sucks big time. My girlfriend and I went on two separate occasions and got gypped on the chocolate milkshakes. They didn’t fill the cups even half full and when we said something the manager on duty, Raul, said that what we had received was a serving size. I’m sorry but a half filled cup is not a serving. My girlfriend said something to the manager and after him arguing with her went and added one more scoop of ice cream to the blender and gave it to us. Still didn’t fill both cups. For $ 10 for two milkshakes you would think they’d at least fill them up. Beware of Raul. He’s a bit snarky and rude

Only reason this review has 5 stars is because it’s about Eric, he’s the coolest and this review isn’t really about Denny’s it’s about Eric

Its been a long time since I have eaten at a Denny’s. We came after Black Friday shopping because it was 10:30pm and most of the coffee shops around the area was closed. We decided to just have some coffee and dessert because we just had dinner a few hours earlier. The service was great. After we were done with our meal, we sat around the table for another hour just talking. They didn’t mind at all. Our highlight of the night is that we saw Chef Ramsay from Hell’s Kitchen dining there. It was a little surprising to see him there but I guess he needed a bite to eat after Black Friday shopping.

Terrible. The waiters never check up on you and when they do they ignore your requests! Nah

We came here in desperation our first night in town because it was hot and we were exhausted. At 105° we needed cold air, warm food and quick service. We received all three in spades. Our server immediately grasped the situation and helped me get my travelling companion cooled off, fed and rehydrated. We’ve been back two more times this week, and it’s been great each time– and, each server. Leaving in another day and I will honestly miss this location.

AWESOME service, and the food was splendid to top it of! VERY relaxing environment, every time i come eat here it’s almost NEVER crowded. the ONLY thing not up to my standards would be the bathroom, i went in to wash my hands and i’ve definitely seen/smelled cleaner environments… give it an 8⁄10& the restaurant an overall 9.

My experience with this location is as I entered I was asked how many in my party I stated 2. Once I was seated 2 other tables where seated right after me. The server walked past us 3 different times without acknowledging us, ok. not going to be good. The server finally stopped, however she went to the other tables. So several training issues with this location. The hostess should have told witch customers were seated first. On a Sunday this location is always busy and yet they still don’t staff the location. There POS system will tell them how many employees they should have on the floor during their busy times, and yet its always the same thing. Slow service and under staffed. Service is the key to great success. Set your employees up for success, not failure. Give them the tools they need to be the best that they can provide and also in return give your customers the service they deserve. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.098/100

Eh, this Denny’s used to be better, but the service late night here has taken a turn for the worse. No doubt the manager tries to help, but the food is hit or miss and the server/s are totally inadequate. It’s not that hard of a job. I SWEAR servers act like it’s the most difficult task, but it’s not that hard to multi task. If you can’t do it, don’t get a job as a server. I literally just overheard the manager chew out the server on duty for not paying any attention to me. It’s actually ongoing and now I hear the server blaming the cooks. They gotta fire this dude. There is literally one other table of like 8 people, and a table of three. I’m by myself. Preparing to walk out because the server gave half my food to his table of 8. Now I’m looking at half my meal, and waiting on the other half. Yup, that’s Denny’s

One of my favorite places to go to because of the«$ 2, $ 4, $ 6, $ 8» menu. Also, you get a free grand slam on your birthday!(Just show your ID) The service can be kinda iffy here sometimes, hence my 4-star rating. Sometimes good, sometimes they should have more workers! Food is always good though!
