The quality went down. Customer service is a joke but the food is still ok. Please clean up your act Chipotle. You used to be amazing.

Great experience! Staff is super friendly and willing to go way above and beyond. Pablo the General Manager was especially accommodating to me and my son. As a single Mom of a toddler with special needs eating out can be a pretty scary and anxious experience and absent minded ordering comes with the territory. This night Pablo and his staff knew I ordered a cheese quesadilla however, I thought I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my son (who will only eat the chicken) when I realized it was only cheese I brought it back and the staff kindly showed me I had ordered incorrectly as my receipt indeed reflected simply a cheese quesadilla. Pablo said he would re-​make my order but I said it was my fault and quite ok I would just give my son some chicken from my salad bowl and proceeded to go back outside to our table. To my surprise, the sweet girl brought out to me another fresh with chicken quesadilla. She said Pablo insisted I get it. He also came out to check on us one more time. Top notch service and gentlemen. Well done Canoga, Chipotle! One seriously exhausted single Mom was ecstatic about not having to give up her dinner for once!

I’ve been here twice now on the weekends for lunch, and although it’s been busy both times, there are lots of workers behind the counter, and they try to get you through in a reasonable amount of time.
I was able to use my coupon for a free burrito, so I chose a steak one and saved myself $ 7.70. :D Even though that’s kind of pricey for full price, the burrito is MASSIVE and can easily feed two people. (Or in my case, it was both my lunch and dinner.)
I liked how they offered the choice of white or brown rice, and pinto or black beans.
The bathroom code is printed at the bottom of the receipt, so I guess they want to reserve it for paying customers only.

This was my first trip back to Chipotle since all the issues they have been having with their food and I was severely disappointed. I have always been a huge Chipotle fan and have never written a Unilocal review for food before, but on my first meal back almost all the steak in my burrito was inedible. All of it was chewy and just poor quality.
I was hesitant to come back and this will probably discourage me from going back any time soon. Get it together Chipotle!

How does one go about accurately reviewing a place where the food is always consistently the same and the service is robotic don’t get me wrong I truly love to eat at Chipotle but truth be told it is a factory
I probably eat here once or twice a month if not for the convenience for the quality and healthiness of the food .
many times I have come and the line has been out the door but that is not the fault of the restaurant. it is a sign of the quality and desirability of the food … but it can be a 15 wait. CAUTION if on a lunch beark
I usually get a bowl and ask for a flour tortilla on the side .
I have my secret which is to order half brown and white rice. half chicken and beef. and then put lettuce tomato and all the other good stuff on top.
I really like the way the flavors mixed together and get to make my own buritto. .
Since this is a small location the seating area can be rough find a seat I usually wind up sitting outside if the weather permits and most the time take the food to go since it’s a lot easier to eat it at home.
In 2016 my only concern with the Poli is their food handling situation. I hope the parent company can get all the food handling and health practices put in place so as to not cause any further illness
Now having said all that I still eat there. and I do give Chipotle 4 stars

I recently went to this Chipotle location and was very disappointed, I decided upon a salad with chicken (that was burnt and fatty). The service isn’t very good, the workers give you attitude and huff if you ask for more of anything. The only reason why I go here is because it’s the only one close to my house and the manager is pretty good. I don’t like that they don’t package their food correctly, salsa always leaks out of the container and gets all of the car.

I don’t eat meat and today I ordered Sofritas tacos and there was CHICKEN in my tacos! I kept eating and eating and started to feel something was wrong and I spit out my food and there was MEAT in my food! I had to go to the Emergency Room and couldn’t stop vomiting! That is CROSS CONTAMINATION! I was told that you keep your Vegan Sofritas with the chicken and meats! I am absolutely horrified and sick to my stomach! I have not eaten meat in years and today was the most traumatizing experience! You will be hearing from my lawyer!!! I am absolutely disgusted that I chewed and swallowed a dead body! I feel so violated and horrified for what I went through today! You need to have better control over your Vegan dishes! You can’t call something Vegan and have Chicken in it!!!

I have worked in the area for over a year and was also hesitant about coming here due to the wait of having to order. I’ve never used the online order option but decided to give it a try today. This was the first and last time I come to this location.
Although the staff was friendly, the food was bad. I order a chicken bowl with guac and a side of chips and paid almost $ 11. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem, but this location gave me about 5 pieces of chicken, half a scoop of guac, and stale chips that were filled up half way than usual.
Unfortunately, I have a short lunch break so I didn’t have to time to drive back and have them correct this. It’s unfortunate that they did not care enough about my order to get it correct, I will not return to this location.
2 stars is only for how quickly I was in and out and for the friendliness I received when I arrived.

Servers here always seem to have a whatever attitude. Only once have I had a female cashier be pleasant. I stopped going to this chipotle for a while and decided to give it a shot. It wasn’t busy so I feel like they were trying to be quick so they could get us out the door and start chatting instead. Cashier put my burrito in the bag so quickly that I didn’t get a chance to see how poorly wrapped it was. I’ve been to much busier chipotles and this was the sloppiest wrap for a veggie burrito (guac on the side) I have seen. Despite the service, the food is always yummy so props to the cooks for being the reason people go back.

The service is whatever. I’ve personally experienced a cashier lady who is just so impersonal and quick to get you out of her face. I understand the need for speed but when you lose humanity, you lose everything. Also, when I ask to have my veggie burrito with no rice mixed, please use a fork and not just grab the tortilla and roll the veggie contents around.
P. S. Yes, I know guac costs extra. Take my money.

I was working in the area and felt like it would be a Chipotle day.
The selection of the day was my usual burrito with white rice, no beans, cheese, guacamole, layered with barbacoa (sp?), and sour cream. The burrito was delicious and just the way I expected. The consistency of the food is always good!
Here’s the main thing I like about this Chipotle. The preparer spread the ingredients evenly throughout the length of the burrito. I’ve only had chipotle do this at one other location. All of the other Chipotle’s don’t spread the ingredients evenly. As a result I have a bite of only sour crème, or only guacamole. How annoying is that???
So kudos to this location for getting it right! :-)
How could I forget to comment on the clean store. The clean store and bathroom is a definite plus! Keep up the good work.

This chipotle has to be the worst! Every Time i have ordered they make a mistake or they barely put food on my plate. I would imagine that for $ 10 dollars for a bowl i would get sufficient food. Not only do they not care but they will argue with you about things that they have done wrong. They don’t care about customers since people here go all the time due to working near this place. Go to a different chipotle they will treat you right.

Ducked into this Chipotle yesterday at 11:20 AM at a friends’ insistence … he ordered a burrito bowl and I had a barbaroca burrito… all was normal until I found a long strand of hair in my burrito. Well — this happens to my food maybe once every 4 – 5 years when dining out. So I can excuse this as random chance — however what I am dissatisfied with is how they handled it. When I showed this to the cashier — he called someone else over presumed to be in managerial authority? A short young latino looking fellow — who came over and asked if I wanted to have my burrito remade? His attitude was too aloof and unconcerned to be taken seriously… so my impression was being insulted. To which I replied well — YES — I’d like to have this remade. He acted like this happens ALL THE TIME — MEH (Indifference). Really? TO which I began to say is that ALL you’re doing about this? I was about to tell him I don’t want it remade after all — because I don’t trust him or his staff given his crappy attitude. Now bear in mind I am not looking for someone to kiss and lick my toes over a $ 7 burrito — but his MEH attitude was deserving of a scathing warning to all here on Unilocal for others to see for all eternity. Sigh… so interpret this as you wish — but it is truthful and consider dining elsewhere… I know a few people will heed my warning and go elsewhere… maybe over time countless others will pass this Chipolte for cleaner fare and reasonable concern from management in their operation elsewhere…

I came in with 11 orders (which I know can be really crazy at busy restaurants like this). While in line (lines are long but fast), I called in to let them know I was about to drop a bomb on them… They answered the phone, asked me to the back of the counter and took it like a bunch of champs.
They took my hardly legible notes on each person’s order and made 11 awesome meals, very quickly. Awesome.
The staff when I was there was very friendly and helpful. No eye rolls or anything. Just awesome service.
