Pricey and left concerns unresolved. Had annual service done and needed to return for service on both the kicker and the main after the first use of the season. Only 1 season of use on both motors which are virtually brand new. Of course both needed repairs had nothing to do with the work just completed. They wait for you to call with questions regarding scope of work and time needed for repairs. A little communication goes a long way and would have been appreciated. They must be too busy to call or be thorough. The service was more expensive than other shops in the region, and was not worth the extra cost nor the effort. Won’t be going back.

I haven’t been fishing in 10 years, and these folks were great. They helped me figure out where to go and what bait to use. They also took plenty of time with me and didn’t make me feel stupid. I will definitely be back!

This really is as good as it gets. I hate to plagiarize Unilocal, but it’s true. Three Rivers is the best place in the area to get your fishing equipment. They have what you need, the brands you want, and is often 8−10% cheaper than what I’ve seen at Fred Meyers. I know beginners and expert anglers who come here. Also, don’t be afraid to ask the staff for help as they’re very nice too. An example of some of the prices: New line on spool was like $ 3.50 Coil of lead was like $ 6 something($ 8 something at Freddys)

Last November I purchased a 2008 dinghy with a 30 horsepower Honda in Bremerton. I should have had it checked out before I purchased it but it looked good so I took a chance. It’s been in the garage for the winter and this week I took it to Three Rivers Marine in Woodinville for a check out. I asked for a complete inspection. The service manager Curt Winters called me two days later and said everything was great. No service needed. The charge for the inspection was very small. When Curt called me to come get it, the Boss(Darlene/my wife) reminded me that a brake light was out and I asked if they had time to fix it. Curt said sure, just give him an hour. This company treats customers fantastically.

So I used to fish when I was a kid, and well I haven’t been a kid for a long time and couldn’t remember everything I needed for the new pole I just bought at Cabelas. Someone mentioned Three Rivers Marine to me so I stopped in one day after work. These are the nicest guys, seriously. They walked me around and grabbed all the stuff I would need to catch some trout. The guy who helped me even strung up a demo line for me because I couldn’t remember how to do it :) Awesome!

These guys are awesome. Went in because I had an issue with my old little Honda outboard and turns out I just needed to replace the sheer pin. They diagnosed and fixed it while I was watching and didn’t even give me a hard time for the simplest of fixes. Went and bought two grab pots to thank them and on my way!

I can’t say enough good things about Three Rivers Marine. Great customer service — friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, price-competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a boat and/or fishing assessories. Worth the drive no matter where you live. Veronica D. and Daniel E.
