Cruise Holidays of Woodinville

I wanted to like having someone help with my first cruise experience. I thought it would make the entire experience more smooth, less frustrating and ultimately less taxing on me.
My girlfriends and I have been planning a cruise for our 30^th birthdays since our mid 20’s (OUCH — how did 30 come so fast??) In order to ensure that we lovely ladies had a great time, got the right rooms and a stress free experience we went here to book our cruise… WE SHOULD HAVE RAN THE OTHER DIRECTION! (or swam the other direction: P)
The facility is very unorganized and while all four of us booked at the same time, payed at the same time and are sharing rooms, none of us received the same confirmations and when the confirmations were finally sent to us (cruise, rooms, insurance) we all got different copies at different times. We were given only a few days warning as to when the final balance was due (I mean really, all it takes is an automated email sent out 2 to 3 weeks prior alerting of what date you plan to re-​use our credit cards!!) Then, when told what day the card would be used (yup — told, not really asked) they ran the card the day before that. While this is nit-​picky, I like to know what you are going to run 400+ bucks on my card. To top it all off, there is no customer service, no «oh, I am sorry this isnt working for you, let me see what I can do to help». Instead, we are getting emails stating «try calling their 800 number… and see if they can help. Sometimes they frustrate us with their infallible systems, but they usually have a work around that works» Correct me if I am wrong… but didn’t we hire YOU to do this?
If I could go back I would not waste my money here. I would have spent that money on a nice stiff fruity drink while I sat pool side among my best lady friends!
