Seems like every time I come to this store there are two people working and you have to wait in line or at the register just for someone to come help check you out .
Good luck finding anything if you need help there is no one to be found and if so they are so busy they get an attitude when you ask for help.
They need to hire more people.

Just had a horrible experience at this particular store. There was only one person on floor so getting assistance was next to impossible. I had to wait an unreasonably long time to get help and when I did she was annoyed and short with me. It is not my fault the management here under staffs. They didn’t know what I was talking about even though my sister just bought the same product from another Michaels store, the one down the street in Southgate.
This store is ridiculous I am going to take the extra 5 minutes out of my way to go to the one in Southgate from now on.
Stay away from this store unless you want to wander around with nobody to help you.

Good size store, nice selection. However, often the same thing will be out of stock multiple weeks! Also, some of the employees aren’t very friendly
