It was assumed that I didn’t have any complaints since I look young and healthy. I only saw Kelly the PA, and I’m sure it isn’t her fault, but I really think that I should have seen the doctor, as I am now in the process of being diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cardiac and Lung Problems. The gave me referrals that did not take my insurance, so I ended it up in a mad search. Was never given lab or test results when requested. I was told that I would have to return to the doctor to get results. In no way, do I want to return and pay for another office visit after that experience.

He took the time to listen to me. I had alot of family issues and he made me realize my real problem. Treated me with respect and compassion.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized doctors office I’ve been to. I recently transferred to this office because of the same lax care I received from another practitioner. The initial visit with Dr. Marciano was good, all visits afterwards were a nightmare. They don’t seem to know how to read results off there own screen, give misinformation on ones health and you can never get a cb from this office. Dr. Kelly is the worst, she talks condescending to her patients, unprofessional and seems like she would rather be any where but at work. I’ve been waiting three weeks for lab results and results from a sonogram. Have left several messages and no one can ever explain whats going on. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nowadays, when you come here, you get a doctor in a box. There are so many PA’s here you never know who you’re going to get. And the wait times are unreal. I was a patient for so long, but they messed up with my results a few years ago, so I went elsewhere. I would’ve stayed, but they’re very unorganized. I went to see one of the specialists who are there on weekends, and they were looking right at the results, and told me the results were not there. HUH? So I went elsewhere. And when I asked for copies of my records, Wayne, the office mgr, wanted to charge me 75 cents a page. There’s no office policy saying that, and all I wanted was for him to send it to my new doctor, not give it to me. I was willing to sign a consent form and everything. But I did not pay the money. All a bunch of money hungry people.

Dr Marciano and Muraca and their staff provide excellent care where the patient always comes first. They strive in preventive medicine by detecting an illness I had early on where I was then able to get treatment. I have spoken with the office manger and know that their 86th street office is being renovated. Their offices in 79th and 76th street are newly renovated with a great doctor’s office atmosphere. I strongly recommend Dr Marciano/Muraca and their practice.

I came here alone time ago when I was a kid and it was only one doctor and I believe it was the Marciano himself. Now I went there again as a adult thinking that I would get the same care I did when I was a kid… i’m in my mid 30’s now. anyhow, The place was really dingy looking and i would think that the money these people are making they can afford some new equipment in there. Everything was stained and really cruddy looking. I changed my primary doctor b/c I did not like the svc or attention there.
