Don’t go there, save your time and watches! Did simple battery change, had to come back 2 times: battery was not good and watches didn’t work, then they didn’t close it when replaced the battery. And now they tell me that it’s because of the model of watches.

I’ve been here before. They have a lot of good watches. You really have to look around and ask questions. I come here to burn off time in case I’m getting a shirt made at Flexy. The people who work here are nice and friendly.

I bought a gift here during Christmas and was assured that the model watch that I purchased was available in both black and brown. The store model came in brown and was told that they would order a black band for me that went with the specific watch. After countless weeks of phone tag, and multiple trips into the mall I was told that I was not able to purchase a black band for this model and that I was wrongly informed. This would not have been an issue if the store allowed me to return the watch for their mistake. Although because it was months after I was told that I could not return or even exchange the watch. I have never been so taken back by customer service, who insistently made me feel as if I should have known that the employees I spoke with were incorrect. I really never write negative reviews; although the fact that my mother is still waiting for her Christmas present due to a mistake made this company has chosen me to go this route.

I usually go here before any where else when I’m watch shopping. They have a pretty decent selection of many different brands. And, if you want something from one of the watch companies they carry but don’t have in stock, they’ll order it in for you if it’s available to them. I just bought a G-Shock watch there today and because it’s an Atomic watch, setting the date and time is more tricky than a regular watch. The guy that works there was handling it for me and I ran out of time to wait because I had to get to work, so they kept it and I’ll pick it up tomorrow. My point is, is that they guy didn’t rush the job and chance doing it wrong. He knows it will take a bit longer to do it right. I don’t mind waiting a day for it to be done correctly. I like when people are honest like that and do the job right the first time. My experiences in the past have been the same for this place. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up guys!

THEYBROKEMYWATCH, SAIDITWASALREADYBROKEN, REFUSEDTOSAYWHATWASWRONGWITHIT(after analyzing it at «the workshop» for three weeks) On May 19, I brought my Timex Ironman Triathlon FLIX watch(apx. three years old) to the Time After Time kiosk in the Deptford Mall to get the battery replaced. The battery was slowly dying over the previous three weeks. Because it is waterproof to 100 meters, I paid extra to have it resealed. Total charge for new battery and reseal before tax: $ 23.95. Two days later, on May 21, the watch died. I brought it back to Time After Time that day. They checked the battery and it was fully charged. I was told by Tara(the owner/manager?) that dust and/or rust must have gotten into the mechanism. This is odd since the back of the watch was factory sealed and then resealed immediately after being opened to replace the battery two days before. I asked if it was possible that the watch was damaged during the battery replacement and was very rudely assured that the watch was already broken. Tara became very short with me and offered to send the watch to «the workshop» for a free analysis and price quote if I wanted to have it repaired. Three weeks later, I was contacted and told it would cost $ 91 with no details as to what is wrong with the watch. I decided to pick up the watch. «We should have it back from the workshop in a week,» I was told. Today, June 14, I picked the watch up. I asked for the results of the analysis and was told that the only information they had on their computer was that I declined to have my broken watch fixed. I plan on getting my watch checked out by a jeweler to see what is wrong with the watch since I still don’t know. So, please beware that Time After Time does not guarantee its work.
