Probably the poorest service I’ve ever had at a Chinese buffet. Arrived during slower period(2:30pm on a Friday) and was worried the food wouldn’t be hot based on reviews I’ve read. Surprising though the food was ok and warm enough for me, but the service was bad. Only 3 tables were seated, and the server walks right by us & didn’t ask us if we wanted drinks. We waited a bit, then got our food… server eventually came back after I stared her down. Never came back during our meal to offer drink refills, and we never got our check despite waiting what it seemed like forever. Just had to get up and tell them we wanted to leave, and we got our bill as we left. If the place was busy, We would have understood… but with so few customers eating they should have done a better job. We won’t be back.

Not a lot of selection to choose from. Food is very bland and taste like it has not been fully cooked, does not taste fresh. Takes them a little while to refill the food and drinks. Been here twice and seated at the same table by the server area and I feel like the servers are constantly looking out their windows at my table, makes me feel rush. Would not recommend to families.

This was the WORST place ever! And for $ 16.79 per person! Ate here years ago and it was good. Never would I go back again! Food was beyond gross. Some of it wasn’t even cooked all the way and I ended up spitting it back out! Food at the buffet just looked nasty… sorry but this place is a total downgrade! Probably would of ate better at The Dorthy Day Center. Save your money!

Maybe two-and-a-half stars. Prices are average. Selection is only«OK». Quality of food on the buffet is «meh». Sushi bar is pretty good and so is the Mongolian grill. Other than that, my experiences here haven’t been anything special. It’s not bad if you are really hungry, if you like typical chinese buffet fare, and if you aren’t too picky.

Thought my wife and I would try it out for a late lunch. Food was ok when they had it available on the buffet. There were a decent amount of people there and understand that sometimes things can go quick. When we went to checkout, this is where I became really frustrated. The lady at the register could use an attitude adjustment or some lessons on customer service. I am sorry your chip reader for the credit card machine is not working that great. That is no reason to get snippy with me and telling me to just use another card. You might want to realize that the way you handle situations in a customer service driven industry is critical to your business. We will not be eating here again anytime soon.

I’ve tried and tried with this place. Today was it though. 55 bucks for two adults and two kids. never was offered a refill on the sodas. the food was cold and old. if you are gonna charge dinner prices, at least have hot food. and theres no hubachi any more. oh and maybe keep the tatar sauce on ice. its made with mayo and shouldnt just sit on the counter at room temp. we won’t be back.

Stopped by for dinner at this restaurant around 7:00 pm and noticed that there was only a handful of families there. That’s usually a sign that the place is not good, but decided to give it a try. As we checked in, our waiter grabbed our utensils behind the counter with her bare hands touching the bowl of every spoon. The food wasn’t great, dried and had been sitting out for some time. Don’t be fooled by the photos on here. Looks nothing like it. Prices are also outrageous for the quality of food they serve. $ 15 for adult and $ 9 for children. First and last time for me.

They are way too expensive for what they offer. They got our drink order wrong and didn’t fix it. All the food had a funny after taste.

Large selection for the buffet but items were warm, not hot, and the green beans were cold. The fried cod was tough, as was the sweet & sour chicken.

A great and affordable place to go – my wife loves this place!

This place has a delightful selection of what can only be described as the finest in food that has been sitting out all day long for proper aging, over a pan of what I assume is steaming Perrier water. The hibachi grill is the finest in Minnesota. They considerately leave out meat at the bar for all day aging. I didn’t see any beef or chicken at the bar so I assume that they bring it out on a silver platter for each discerning customer. You can tell every food item is hand crafted as I found that human touch of a thick eyebrow in my food. The décor is a mixture of wonderfully worn booths and fine faux wood tables. Service can only be described as five star. Seeing the wonderful workers sweeping up the fanciful filthy floors with brooms right next to your table screams fine dining. Along with the thoughtfulness of the waiter to leave us alone and not refill our drinks after the tab had been left at the table while we were still eating made me feel as though I was dining at the finest Benihana in the world. And to think that we got all of this experience for the low low price of $ 40 for two people is astonishing. New die nasty, i mean new dynasty is for those of us who say nay to lower restaurants like Ruth Chris or Benihana. We want a sub par Chinese buffet experience at five star restaurant prices. But seriously, don’t waste your money here. They literally charged us $ 20 per person to dine at this place that was no better than Leanne Chin. The food looked like it was left out for hours because there were no people there to eat it because they charge way too much for this below average food. The hostess and host didn’t make us feel welcome. They made us feel like we were a bother that we were there in their restaurant. I’ve been to a lot of Chinese buffets in Minnesota but this one is worse than all of them and they charge people like they are the best in the state. I will never dine here again.

We went last night and it was horrible. The prices recently when up and the food quality went way down. My mother asked some questions about the sake and no one knew anything, so they brought her the bottle. She doesn’t read Chinese so that was pointless plus there was stuff floating in the bottle so my mom passed. The food was all dried out so I decided to try the hibachi grill, HAHAHA! Have fun picking from the 4 items and no sauces… we won’t be back

New management is fantastic and I love their new dishes. Food is always fresh and from what I heard they purchase the seafood at a high end distributor. Always fresh, I love it can’t wait to take my family here.

Cold food on a buffet?! Really? Everything that was hot didn’t taste very well either. Unfriendly host. Server was actually attentive for beverage refills(he was the highlight of the visit.) haha Won’t be back.

Lousy service. They have an ad in groupon and when I got there the hostess/cashier told me they don’t take it. I told her why not and she said they only take it specially on Tues only. I came back tues, the cashier told me they only take the coupon on Sunday only. So don’t come to this place at all.

I am here at this place while writing this. Good reviews, so I decided to try it out. I don’t think this place under new name and management makes a difference. Almost every food item is out. Does not look they are in a rush to refill anytime soon. Other food items looks dry. I think they are not busy maybe that’s why. But it’s not an excuse.

Staff wasn’t friendly. Just ignored people, wearing headphones– really? A lot of items weren’t restocked or even labeled. We ate there 3 hrs before they closed. Really disappointed. Sushi was meh. They don’t deserve your money!!!

This highly casual dining experience, with self directed portions is a wonderfully authentic tour of the Orient. Varied music provides excellent ambiance to your gorging experience. Perfect for the days that you just feel like giving up.

Below average buffet, they have a decent selection of dishes to choose from, but a majority of them didn’t have much taste. The sushi, again, below average but better than what is offered at some restaurants. Wouldn’t come here again.

Food is like any other Asian buffet they do offer plenty of crawfish, clams, skinny crab legs that aren’t restocked often. They do offer sushi. I would skip new dynasty we went on a Sunday evening and it was not busy at all meaning the food couldn’t have been too fresh. Also majority of the dishes didn’t have to much flavor.

The have squid, and it’s the way I like it. The staff is attentive and the food is constantly coming out fresh. If you don’t like seafood, you won’t like this place, if you do, this is for you. Not a fan of the ‘Mongolian’ style food, but the other things are plenty.

My family goes this buffet at least once a month. Variety of food selection, clean and neat throughout the floor. Decent price, nice staffs. It’s not crowded at all during weekdays even Sunday morning but avoid big celebrating day such as Mother’s day, Valentine’s day… They can’t handle so many guests.

Holla to that sushi and hibachi. The food trough food is good but sometimes has cooled down some but you will definitely get your money’s worth if you are down for some basic sushi rolls– a lot of crab(imitation) rolls but still good variety and change up. Plus legit bogo drink specials at all business hours

The food is fine, the sushi bar is decent, the staff is attentive and friendly. This isn’t a 5 star fine dining restaurant, it’s a buffet and it does it well.

Was nervous after reading some reviews on here. I’m glad I went. The food was very good. They kept rotating new dishes in so things were always hot and fresh. We had a group of 7 and service was good thru out dinner. Plenty of seafood items and sushi to choose from. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

I love this place for the sushi. My husband loves the crawdads. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the create-your-own stir-fry bar looks kind of messy & scary. I’ve never dared to try it.

This place was pretty good. Disregard all the negative comments. You know how complainers are, you cant ever please them. This isnt the best ever, but for the price, it is more than adaquet. Also, the buy one get one beers and the $ 5 lobsters are a great deal!
