Great overall job!
My only critique, and it’s a major one, is that the customer should be warned in advance at how insanely loud their industrial vacuuming machine is. The cleaning process is so loud it’s like having a roaring freight train rumbling in your house for 3 hours straight. The sound is deafening. Put it this way, I have a somewhat pricey theater system in my home with a high quality, loud sound bar. The sound bar is loud enough to rattle the walls and blast you right out of the living room if it’s volume is turned up to the maximum. Their vacuuming system was so loud that I could barely hear my own sound bar at max volume. YES, IT’S THAT LOUD!
What I found especially concerning is that the workers (the owner himself and Chris — super nice guys) did not wear any hearing protection. Are they nuts? They’re going to have major hearing damage in just a year or two — if they don’t already — if they don’t address that problem very soon.
Even professional lawn mowing services wear earmuffs to protect their hearing while they mow, and their commercial lawn mowers are not even remotely as loud as this industrial HVAC suction device these guys are using. Invest in some earplugs guys, at the very least. It’s actually extremely cheap, and considering the decibel level, I think hearing protection is required of the employer by OSHA.
Anyways, I really liked these guys and they did a great job, I just wish there were a loudness warning to their customers and that they would use hearing protection. Would definitely hire again!

They went out of their way to adjust to my schedule.
I’ve taken appointment for 9AM. I had a last minute
change of plan and they adjusted their scheduled visit for me,
and moved my appointment to 12PM. They were right on time
at 12PM. Did excellent job of through dusting went into
each room and vacuumed all the vent’s did air brushing also.
And when they left they kept it so clean were really professional
and I strongly recommend them.
