They were doing just fine… until…
They lost my prescription and looked at me like a leper when I wanted to say something. Bonus in the cashier choosing to ignore me too.
Too bad since I used to like CVS and their text alerts.
Next day they dropped the ball again and lost another prescription.
I pulled everything over to Walgreens, who also offers text alerts and hasn’t lost any prescriptions!

Looks like a Walgreens, feels like a Walgreens, just a different sign in the front. It was a 15 minute wait to check out and only one person ahead of me. Meanwhile, there was one person standing behind the counter doing nothing and two management types wandering through the store. I’ll stick with Walgreens.
