Ive been here since April. So far so I love this place. I have a 840 Sq ft. Apt and it still feels roomy, have not had any issues with the apt at all. Parking can be a pain but theres always at least one spot available close by. Close to I-​95 and shops are either 2 – 5 miles away. Ikea is right there! & if your coming from North I-​95 you get off right before the hectic merge that is always backed up.

I lived here once before and I had a pleasant experience which is why I came back to live here. This place has gone way downhill. I chose to rent one of their renovated models at the higher price. Let me explain… their idea of renovations are to slap some cheap cosmetic cover up work in the apartment but they have done zero to fix any real problems with these apartments. Let’s start with the water pressure. There are days when I can almost not take a shower because barely any water comes out of the faucets. The toilet clogs constantly. The windows are old and cheap and there is constant wind draft throughout the apartment which is horrible in the winter. To heat a two bedroom apartment is costing me more than my parents three level townhome. Old appliances. Jimmy rigged maintenance work. Even the cleaning crew they hire to get an apartment ready to rent is bad. My apartment was not exactly cleaned properly when I moved in. This place looks nice on the surface but in reality its a dump. I’m looking forward to my lease ending so I can move out. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
