Papa John’s Pizza

If you are looking for a delicious pizza at a great price this is the place to go! My family and I really enjoy getting our pizza from here. We order at least once a month. There’s always a good special online that fits what we’re looking to order.
My Husband’s favorite pizza is the works. I prefer to build my own 3 topping pizza. My Husband and kids really enjoy the wings. We all enjoy the garlic knots. I really appreciate the online rewards program.
Customer service is really good. We’ve only had one issue with our order in the past 18 months and the manager was very pleasant about it and gave us a credit without any hassle.

Great pizza, great customer service! My friends even say this location is better than the ones by their house so they’ll order carry out here instead of the one nearest to them.

«Policy» to not deliver to hotels, which is extremely odd for a Pap Johns. Manager tried to claim that no Papa Johns deliver to hotels. I told him that it in fact incorrect, as I order Papa Johns from hotels often.
I mentioned that it would give them more business, and he claims that their business is just fine. Wouldn’t you want to optimize either way? I’ve always been a fan of Papa Johns but this made it so I will most likely choose Dominos instead for the future.

Horrible at not only customer service but at paying attention, I called placed an order for delivery and after an hour I called to check on the pizza and they said it was waiting for me. Then they told me it was gonna take another hour for it to get to me because they would have to re-​make it. I asked if I could get a special accommodation since the mistake was on their end and they told me they had no way to verify that. I will never order from there again.

My hubby is a pizza nut, so when can get a ½ price special for Nats win, we usually go for it. And we almost always have leftovers if just the 2 of us. Consumer Reports also gives them a top taste rating, and for having fresh ingredients! Also get free extra sauce and choose well-​done crust. What’s not to like?!

The absolute best Papa John’s I’ve every been to. I have never seen such hardworking staff. They run like a well oiled machine. Every time I come home from picking up my pizza, I have to share my outstanding experience with my family. I wish there was more then five stars. I am a very satisfied customer!

I order from here frequently. The pizzas are pretty good and things always go smooth. Recently, I ordered 2 pizzas online on a Sunday night (on April Fools Day no less) about 45 minutes before they closed. I waited and waited but no pizza so I finally called the store after an hour. They said the driver left a few minutes ago and was dropping off my pizzas on his way home. Matt (the driver) called a few minutes later and I gave him a few directions on how to get to my place. I waited some more (about 30 minutes?) and finally got a knock at the door with 2 guys standing there. I was pretty irate but Matt explained he couldn’t find the address and the other guy came to show him. I appreciated Matt’s honesty and taking responsibility for it, then he told me they’ll credit my account. Wow! I didn’t even have to ask. Already impressed, I got a phone call a few minutes later from Nick, the store manager, who apologized. Without asking, he gave me a refund on the late pizzas plus the credit on the next order. Wow! That’s really the way to do business. I was unhappy with the service but Nick & Matt really knew how to make it right. They turned a bad experience into a good one and I just wanted to recognize them for that. Good job guys!
