This place was VERY disappointing. We payed 80 dollars for small portions, dry and overcooked white rice, and terrible entrees! To be fair, our server was very nice and attentive, and our food came out hot and came out quickly, but man, it was disappointing! Our egg rolls tasted really off, maybe they just make them differently but the vegetables didn’t taste fresh at all! In fact, they tasted reheated. We did enjoy the Avocado Lobster Rolls and the Dynamite Shrimp, albeit paying 11 dollars for six pieces of shrimp smothered in sauce, basically. The entrees were really gross and mushy. The chicken tasted plain and unseasoned. Honestly it seems like they use the same chicken and just smother it in its appropriate sauce(orange sauce, honey, teriyaki) to get the different plates. Also, the soda tasted like seltzer water for some odd reason… This was bad and overpriced, a no for us in the future.

Oh my god!!! The service was ridiculous!!! Never seen such a thing! My opinion, whenever you have a new waiter or waitress, the smart thing to do is to have them shadow someone else or have some type of supervision till management feels comfortable enough to release them on their own… To PFCHANGS. Customer are not Guinea pigs. The name is on very important to protect. The manager was sweet and stepped in and tried to rectify the issue but it was too late because my dinner experience was already ruined. Thanks anyways.

Food is good. Service is «so so». Restaurant is not kept clean. We have given this location several chances. First visit was when they first opened(a couple of years ago), and it was was excellent. Second and third, NOTGOOD — Ripped seats, dirty tables, slow service, dirty shirts and aprons on waiters. We tried again about 8 months ago and things had really gotten better. New booth seats, waiter was EXCELLENT, food was fast and tasty. We went back last weekend on a Saturday afternoon — UGH! Back to the beginning! First booth table we were seated at was dirty! It still has rice on it from previous occupants. Nasty. They moved us to the booth next to it. SAMETHING, plus rice on the booth! the waiter was polite, but very«whatever». We will just have to start going back to the Tyson’s and Fairfax locations. Sadly, it seems management at the Stonebridge location has once again gone down hill. It’s all about the management!

Save your money and go elsewhere. Used to be great but is now marginal at best. Staff is allowed to take over bar area after they get off and they talk with staff still on the clock. One of the worst managed PFC’s I’ve ever been to. Food is only okay.

Short version: Pros — Service was outstanding! Our waitress was constantly mindful and was very nice. Apps and soup came out perfectly timed. Cons — Over priced, took way too long for the main course, crab ragoons tasted like straight crab no seasoning, and their General Tso sause has no kick at all, portion sizes were horrible. Conclusion: Just get take out, if they don’t speak English in the kitchen you know your in a good place. It won’t cost you an arm and a leg, and you’ll get your food quick. If you don’t want take out P.F.‘s frozen food is amazing, so is Wegman brand if you want a quick meal in the freezer.

Ordered take out over the phone and the guy that was taking my order said it would take 40 minutes to cook one order of lo mein. I was a bit confused why it would take so long on a Monday afternoon but went with it. When I picked up my food, they spelled my first and last name wrong, I even spelled it over the phone! The lo mein was a bit greasy and very small, I was disappointed but it didn’t taste too bad. I think they give bigger portions when you dine in. I’ll honestly stick to ordering take out at a Chinese restaurant near my house since they give more for less. This visit was quite disappointing.

Lettuce wraps were delicious. Entrees hot, fresh and flavorful. Our server, Charles, was phenomenal. A+ service, great atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

Out celebrating with my best friend. It’s a Monday night so the restaurant is pretty quiet and quite cozy. I got the Mongolian beef(my all time fav, always good). He got a delightful chicken dish, honey I believe, that he said was good. But I really want to speak about the service. It was amazing. Our waiter Wallace was laid back, kool and knowledgable. He was just very friendly and chatty in a good way. He picked out 2 beers for the bestie that he liked immediately. When he walked away from the table I commented on how I liked him and wanted to give him a hug. Throughout dinner a young gentleman named Gerald tended to whatever we needed. He was so professional and friendly as well. We kept thinking we need to talk to the manager about these guys. The manager just happened to walk over where we were able to give our praises. If you ever come out to PF Changs please ask for Gerald or Wallace and you won’t be disappointed!

What’s with the poor reviews? We came here on a gorgeous February day and sat at the out door patio the service was good and attentive. The food came out great and the menu is one of the best offered in the national chain space. I would come back here without hesitation. Asian food is hard to differentiate from one place to the other. But this is what PF does so well. The experience is memorable and decently priced. Not great prices, but in line with the category they occupy of a national chain… Chineese carry out they are not. Many gluten free option on menu as well I leave 5 star for the underdog mom and pops but this PF Chang’s get a solid 4 stars and a strong rebuke of low reviews that unfairly are dropping the star average for this location. We had a wonderful experience and will return soon

First, this is my second time dining here. This experience was horrible as well. But I wanted to give the restaurant a second try. Second, the ambience does not resemble any PF we’ve ever dined. The Tyson’s and Ballston Common locations are so MUCHBETTER in that category. Food category as well. So let’s talk about the food. All we ordered were different. First sign that this place will soon close. We were told by management they’ve changed chefs 3 times last year. Whoa! Second, they were playing all American down home music in a Chinese bistro. Really! So please read these reviews to be truth not false accounts. Maybe take out orders are better for this location.

There is something very wrong with the management and service at this location. I love PF Changs but every time I go to this specific one I feel repeatedly ignored, and leave very frustrated. Today was the last time I will allow that to happen. I really feel corporate should look into some additional training, and change or support in management. — former PF Changs enthusiast

I’ve heard nothing but god awful things about this restaurant. Seriously. And reading the reviews has made me never want to step foot in this place. My parents even went and said they had the worst service they’ve ever had there. EVER! However I was CRAVING the lettuce wraps!(I’ve had PF Changs in the past in Nebraska) so I ordered them to go. He picked up the phone and said my order wouldn’t be ready until 7:40 before even knowing what I wanted. So I said well im getting the lettuce wraps? That shouldn’t take 30 minutes? He apologized and told me typically the orders do take longer and that’s the estimated time for most orders at that time, but if I’m only ordering the wraps it would be 10 minutes. I said okay and he thanked me for my patience. I went in, the hostess was very nice and my food was done already and it hadn’t even been 10 minutes! I sat at the bar(unexpectedly) to eat and I told the bar tender I wasn’t drinking there or ordering food I was just eating my takeout food. He said it was fine and said he wanted to check on me anyways and he brought me a water! That was awesome. I ate, left, and when I was walking out all the hosts said goodbye and have a great night :) I know this place may not be the best and I know overall maybe the service is poor. But my experience was great, and I can only rate based on that!

Ordered the Kung Pao Scallops and a sweet tea. Delicious! Scallops were crispy on the outside tender and juicy on the inside. Nice atmosphere. Music, good service. Reasonable price…

I love Asian anything… food…people…Asian Idol(HILARIOUS), but for some reason, this place doesn’t tickle my fancy. Let’s not focus on the negative. The portion size is made for sharing. Or being extremely greedy. I have no complaints there. I just feel like the food is like one step away from being good, if that makes sense. I would actually rather order chicken and broccoli from the local China Wok. Maybe I just don’t know great Asian, but this is nothing to call home about in my opinion. Ambiance: Nice, slightly romantic, great for a date or group of friends Drinks: Meh. Not bad, kind of pricey Food: Meh. I feel like my fully African American grandmother can cook better Asian food. Will I go again. I am sure I would, but it would not be the first place on my TO-GO list.

Rather pricey for decent Chinese food… We’ve been to many PF locations over the years and they’re all basically the same… they’re beautiful, grand restaurants with a nice menu, decent service and the best bar ever seen in a Chinese restaurant. Only problem is we’re paying for all that«grandness» via the cost of the food, it’s nothing spectacular. On this particular visit the service was mediocre, but the food was flavorful. But $ 110 for a family of 3 to eat is rather pricey, especially since we only had a $ 20 bottle of wine, so it’s not like we spent a lot on alcohol.

My visit was for over a year ago and forgot to visit Unilocal and review all these places I’ve been. Anyways, upon entering this place, to me it smelled like any regular Chinese take out place, I thought my room mates were on exaggerating when they said it was good, but, let’s keep rolling and sit down. Saw the menu, they ordered their appetizers, I didn’t get anything because when I saw the prices and still, the smell of take out food and thinking; I’m at a fance take out food joint with fancy restaurant prices, even though the food didn’t look any different than the local Chinese take out. I decided to try the Mongolian Beef, $ 17-$ 18 for it, I was skeptical but, it seemed like the only thing that was different than the take out joint, they brought it to the table and I thought, I ordered beef, this looks like, hmm not glazed beef but stir fried beef and two green beans. For almost $ 20 and 10oz of beef? I could’ve gone to Wegmans, get me a 2.5 lb rib eye and grill it at home. I don’t mind paying for food but when it looks that bad and taste is not good at all? Decided not to come here ever again. If I want Chinese food, I go to Peking Gourmet Inn., in Falls Church or the local delivery/take out Chinese food, they’re good and not as overpriced as this P.F. Chang’s. Many of these restaurants in this area are overpriced and the portions of food you get are ridiculously small and does not taste good. Could it be because their chefs are not experienced enough as in their other locations? Or the restaurants need to pay for the décor and thus charge so much for so little? Who knows but I don’t come to this area and eat anymore. Uncle Juilio’s is just as bad and Firebirds is no exception either.

I’ve been to PFChangs before, but it had been quite a while. I ordered the orange chicken, and asked the server if it was like traditional orange chicken I can get at an Chinese food restaurant, and he confirmed that it was chicken with orange peel but a little tomato base in the sauce. Nah Bruh. It was like a marinara sauce with orange peel. It was not good at all! Maybe because I tried to be healthy and ordered it with grilled chicken instead of fried? I don’t know, but he felt bad and offered to get me something else. I ordered the singapore street noodles, which is what my mother had gotten. They were phenomenal! There was perfectly cooked chicken and shrimp, he took out the carrots and the cabbage, because the cabbage mix also contained carrots, which was smart thinking on his part! The restaurant was beautiful, everything was clean and the food only took about ten minutes! Even my second order was only about ten to twelve minutes extra. I loved my meal so much I went home and found a pinterest copycat recipe so I could duplicate it at my first chance!

So back again after almost a year. The wait was a few minutes and I had hopes this would be better then my last visit. Ordered the sesame chicken, beef with broccoli, Mongolian beef and chicken fried rice for the kiddo. Star of the meal was the appetizer, dynamite shrimp, and the Mongolian beef. The sesame chicken was okay, a little on the dry side and so was the white rice. For drinks we ordered the coconut cooler and the strawberry cucumber limeade again. I tried the ginger beer and unless you really love ginger, asked to get it watered down a bit. It was very strong for me, thankfully the server had it made into two drinks but it was still a tad strong for me. For dessert we ordered the banana rolls. The ice cream is very refreshing, I think they should be a little lighter handed on the caramel sauce drizzled on top. It was a bit much and the banana rolls got soggy. It’s pretty dim in there, that’s the one thing that really did annoy me both times. All in all, it was okay. Probably will be back in another year.
