Had an appointment yesterday after waiting a few weeks to get the right time. I got 2 robo reminder calls from an 800 number the day before. I arrive on time and the doctor isn’t there. Something about him still being on vacation. I realize sometimes appointments have to be cancelled but they never called me! I was furious.
I’m sure I’m better off going to a smaller office for more personalized individual service rather than this huge nation wide corporation where I’m just a number to them and get the assembly line treatment. You know, the kind of office where you get a reminder call from an actual receptionist and not a computer located in India.
