At the recommendation of my realtor for our carpet stretching/​replacement we emailed Joe Kruper for an estimate. Michele B. came out to our house and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and we discover our buyer only mentioned two rooms they wanted the carpet stretched in so we scheduled a time and the two man crew showed up prompt and ready to work. The total job for two large room took less time than I thought it would and they guys were so nice. I would highly recommend Kruper Flooring and Design to any of my friends and neighbor’s. David and his team did a flawless job consulting with flooring options and installing my Berber carpeting. Their communication was always high touch. They were a pleasure to work and provided quick replies, thorough explanations, and executed effortlessly. David was great to work with, a true professional. He chose the perfect samples to show us and we were able to pick our laminate and carpet right away. We couldn’t be happier with our selection. Our laminate floor looks amazing, the carpet is so soft!
Joe handled the installation. His crew was great, they put new carpeting in our bedrooms and installed laminate on the main floor and our stairs. It was a huge job and guys were able to finish it in 1 day! We were really impressed. We didn’t have to move any furniture, they took care of everything. This big renovation was stress-​free for us thanks to Kruper Flooring!

One of the best flooring companies in the business. I was amazed at how attentive the staff was throughout the process, from measuring, ordering and installation. One small hiccup during the install process which they remedied immediately and went above and beyond to make my super satisfied. Their lifetime installation warranty is unheard of in the industry and they’re great service levels are better than most I’ve done business with and I’ve done flooring in my last four homes. Joe, Lantanya and Dave are awesome to deal with and I’m so happy with my home theater carpet… amazing!
