Good avenue store location lots of parking and decent size store. They have about 4 dressing rooms. The staff are very friendly and make it a point to greet you and remember the regulars.
The reason I am not giving 5 full stars is due to a bad customer service experience I had. I went to return a pair of pants 5 days after purchase with tags and receipt and it was declined. I’ve been to this location numerous times so I do know who is and isn’t a manager. The manager on duty that pretended not to be a manager lol long story gave me my first bad customer service experience at this location. After leaving I contacted corporate over the phone and was suppose to hear back from the general manager within 5 days but I never received that phone call. I will never shop at this store location again I will continue to use their online store and try out other locations in the area.

DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST!!!
I would like your company and your customers to know how I was treated in one of your stores this past Saturday. After being told that my service animal was not allowed in the store by the very rude and unsympathetic store manager I was was also truly embarrassed. I presented my dogs service animal identification and was told that basically to bad, my manager doesn’t want the dog in the store. When I asked for her name and the corporate number I was told that she didn’t care about her job and go ahead and call them. After contacting customer service and the corporate office this morning… I HAVE YET TO receive a call back from anyone in corporate to explain to me and my attorney why I was mistreated and embarrassed. My next step is to the media… Sure hope this isn’t how you would treat someone in a wheelchair. SMDH!!!
