If you would like to experience bad service, go here. Service was horrible. Lady at the counter was extremely rude.

I ordered the cold sesame noodle appetizer and it was not only warm but lacking in peanut sauce. There was about a teaspoon of it at the top which most of got stuck to the plastic container. I also ordered the pineapple chicken dish which while it wasn’t bad I felt sick after eating. Only got food from here because I wanted to try a different Chinese take-out place. I know now to stick with my regular one.

I had two orders of 4 pc chicken wings, I got 3 pc instead. Call the restaurant and was told it depends on the size of the chicken wings, but it was average size at best. So pitiful. The onion rings are over cooked and the fries are under cooked. Will never go there again.

This is the worst WORST Chinese food I have ever had. The inside of the pork dumplings were black– why would meat be black? I bit into it and immediately spit it out. My fiancé took one look at his ribs and did the same as me, took a bite and spit it out. His soup was brown and also disgusting. Our entire dinner went in the garbage and when I called to ask for my money back because the food was uneatable– the restaurant told me that the food was fine and it was me. I will never ever go here again and I recommend you do the same.

Food is terrible and the woman answering the phone is ridiculously rude. Don’t waste your money here.

Went there for lunch with a friend, Ordered two regular dishes(not lunch specials) the lady at the front desk said they are large sized. The portions were very small, we were still hungry. Usually at other places we have food left over even from the lunch specials. My friend asked for extra extra spicy pad thai, but instead it came so bland(almost tasteless). My shrimp fried rice had funny fishy taste to it. We asked for extra Chinese hot oil since the food had no taste. The lady barely made any eye contacts and immediately turned away while mumbling something and making faces at us when we asked her for the sauce the second time. she actually almost tossed the hot sauce at my friend and said«i already gave one to your friend before». She had a problem giving us two hot sauce oils when at other places the sauces are placed on the side to grab. Mind you the place was totally empty and the service ridiculously sucked. Total was 24 dollars which I think was over priced for the portion we got. Please don’t go here. I still don’t understand why she was such nasty.

I’ve ordered on the phone and my order was messed up. This time I ordered online and they forgot my child’s white rice. I called and they said they’ll add the white rice for my next order… Yeah sure I’ll tell my child she’ll get her white rice the next time I order –_-. The food is average and fried shrimp is too small and too greasy.

This girl who serve and answer phone need some training in customer service … She’s bad for the business… no phone etiquette and don’t know how to handle and admit they make mistake on your order and instead will argue that customer made the mistake and will make excuses and excuses instead of apologizing and be proactive to solve the issue. No way you can beat Yoans Garden which is in same town … Just happen Yoans close now on Sunday… Won’t be surprise if you’ll be out of business if this girl continue to work here

Ordered General Tso’s and Orange Chicken. Customer service wise: Lady answering calls can be a little rude with a not very pleasant voice tone but the driver is a real sweetheart. Flavor of food wise: General Tso’s did not taste right while Orange chicken was okay. I finished the Orange Chicken. Favor in general was edible but might be missing some spices here and there. Plus for them is that their food was not extremely oily like other Chinese restaurants can be. Pricing: Definitely on the lower end. They are above average quantity and average quality.

I used to order delivery from rice bowl but no longer can since they reduced their delivery range. most of the appetizers are what you might expect from a fairly decent, fast chinese restaurant with particularly good spare ribs and beef sticks. the pu pu platter is pretty generous and I liked that the wonton soup was actually very full of wontons. the main dishes are all pretty standard but not super memorable.

Their lunches are only $ 6.55. You have a choice to eat your meal either with a bottle of water, can of soda or wonton soup. It’s the best bang for the buck in this area.

Nice staff serving good sized portions of standard US Chinese dishes at fair prices, plus some Thai dishes which do not taste the way they would in a Thai place – I think the growing popularity of Thai food has hurt Chinese restaurants and their response is to add Thai dishes. Although nowhere near the authenticity and quality of Sichuan Dynasty in Westfield, it is certainly an ok standard neighborhood place. Cheap lunch specials draw a crowd. Take out dishes seemed a little too oily. Comfortable for eating in, although does a lot of takeout/delivery to nearby Metropark.

Today is my 2nd time trying this place & my opinion is now solidified. I will NEVER go again. My first time I thought my chicken dish tasted like seafood/shrimp and I hate seafood, so today I noted my allergic reaction to the women about seafood and my dislike for anything related. She assured me they cook in separate pans. I got back to my office and there was totally a nasty seafood smell in my chicken. I had 3 co-workers sample and they all say it tasted & smelled like seafood.(I know most Asians love seafood & could care less if their chicken is steamed in the same pot, but for those who dislike or have an allergy, it’s very important not to use the same pot’s or utensils)

tried this place for 2 weeks straight. gave them all the chances. food is slightly above mediocre, at best, I don’t know what they flavor it with service sucks, delivery is ALWAYS«gone wrong» don’t buy into the no MSG bullshit, that’s not possible if they’re serving artificial crab meat and canned corn and other crap!

I really like their crispy samosas. They are conveniently located near the metro park train station so I have done take out a few times before catching my train. My husband and have also eaten there. The place is clean, the prices are reasonable and the variety they offer is interesting because of some Thailand dishes. I have had a few of their chicken dishes which were standard fare. Everything tasted fresh but so far standout dishes to date.

Godammit! Loused up my order AGAIN!!! I asked for roast pork NOT shrimp with broccoli! Just when I thought they got their stuff together. Despite the potential for decent food, CHECKYOURORDER!!! The girl taking the orders does so in such a hurry that she makes mistakes and you can always count on her fouling it up.

Ordered from here because they delivered from grubhub, which was nice. The steamed dumplings were weird– very sweet dough. Too bad, because the dipping sauce was really good. The spare ribs were a combination of awesome and burned to a crisp. Bummer. The scallion pancakes were thin with hardly any scallion in them, but crunchy the way I like them. The moo shu pork was fantastic– best thing I ordered. Overall, I’ll give this place another shot, just avoid the dumplings.
