This insurance company is TERRIBLE. NEVER GO HERE. Not if you need an sr22. I went in a week ago, right before closing, because Bill told me they could do an sr22 print out and I could take it to dmv in person. I had to go pick up my new car. So I had to get insurance. Well, they lied. Bill told me they don’t do that while signing papers. Not only do they not give you a print out like every OTHER local office does, they have made me wait a week!!! For one week I have not been able to drive my new car, they’ve ruined so much for me that I had to do. And they said by Tuesday (today) the dmv would have it. WELL THEY DON’T! I called Country and their response was they don’t know when DMV will get it. I’M SICK OF PAYING $ 400 FOR INSURANCE I CAN’T EVEN USE! THIS IS BULL SHIT! COUNTRY FINANCIAL ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY!
