Utopia Cleaners

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I guess they keep the store open to insult customers and tell them they cannot get their clothes for 1 week. This was the first time I visited this store, as I moved to Winchester last week. I couldn’t understand her thick accent, and she was practically yelling at me for not understanding her. We solved the problem after 5 minutes of back and forth. After that I asked when can I get my shirts, she told me 6 days later. I said I cannot wait for 6 days, she basically thanked me and showed me the door. This is the worst customer experience that I had in any store. They don’t deserve my business, they do not deserve anybody’s business. Rude, and unwelcoming behavior doesn’t deserve customers.
