I woke up this March morning to a cold bedroom with a foul, burning smell coming out of the forced hot air vents. Panic set in. Called Suburban at 8:30am, was told technician would be at my house between noon-​1pm. Shane showed up at 12:45pm, diagnosed the problem, explained that it was a simple repair, swapped out a faulty capacitor on the blower motor, and was done by 1:30pm. Wow — what a pleasure dealing with this company.

I called these guys to fix the CO levels on my gas boiler which were reading over 400ppm. They told me there was nothing that could be done and charged me $ 135 for doing basically nothing. When I asked them to bill me, they threatened to report me to the cops as a scam. wtf? I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional. So I paid them. I called another company the next day and that company was able to actually fix the problem and got the reading down to 9ppm.
