This is one of the slower locations I go to. Not my favorite. Seating isn’t abundant and the older baristas, although sweet, don’t seem to be in much of a hurry. Their outdoor seating is nice in better weather, but otherwise I don’t have much of a reason to come unless I’m in the area. I won’t drive out of my way to avoid it, it’s not that bad, but I certainly don’t come here on purpose. Only when I’m nearby.

The place has appx. 12 seats, and every time I go there people are doing their homework on their computer! This is a place to have a coffee and a snack, but no place to sit! There is one table that seated 4, and one time when I was looking to sit, there was 2 men sitting with what appeared to be some sort of plans spread out over the whole table! When I commented«where are your manners», one of the men got up and introduced himself as the zone manager! The other was the store manager!!! I asked, don’t you have an office? His reply was,“it’s nicer out here! The whole concept of this place is snotty! And cater to geeks!!!

It’s consistent so that’s good. However, I can never get hot coffee. I always say extra hot and it’s always just warn. Do I need to sign a waiver?

This location rotates employees somewhat regularly which leads me to think they use it as something of a training location, but that’s okay with me, because the people here are the best around. The drinks are made with incredible consistency and everyone is always very personable. In particular, you’re know you are in good hands if Joe, Maggie, Matt, and/or Katye are working. All of them take the time to know you and even your drink order. It’s fantastic walking through the doors here and having them greet you with a smile and ask, «The usual?»

TERRIBLE counter/cashier service in the morning! The old guy works circles around the younger staff. Place is always out of items and no signs posting that they are out of them! Way to make people wait in your horrific line, just to tell them you are out of items that you say will be available«tomorrow»… perpetually.

By far the slowest service without fail. My wife and I come here on the weekend and I always have to wait 15 – 20 min for her to walk out with a cup of coffee. Its almost a joke between us at this point. I really hope this place can figure out how to serve people faster. It is one thing if you are getting a specialty drink, but you should be able to get in and out for a cup of coffee. I love SB and its too bad that this is the one closest to my place.

Not sure what is wrong with this store. At 7am they only have 1 person at the counter? Really? If there are more than 3 or 4 people in line, forget it… you will grow old waiting. I have tried them several times with the same results. The Baristas always seem like they are new. Its really odd as I have never been in a Starbucks with bad service, these people really don’t know what they are doing.
