Kaitlyn was wicked helpful. I don’t understand phones and she does which was great. I would’ve liked the new phone for free but apparently that isn’t a thing so I suppose it is fairly priced.

I would recommend visiting another Verizon store. The employee who assisted me, I believe he was the Manager, was extremely snarky and borderline insulting. Had I not been so desperate to replace my phone at such a late hour because it was broken, I would have walked out and spent my money elsewhere. The only saving grace was his very helpful and upbeat assistant.

Honestly, I’ve been arguing with myself throughout the night whether to post a great review about this place. My dilemma is just that I could have kept this a hidden secret; in hopes that this place doesn’t change a thing about how this location operates. Or, I could do the noble thing by sharing my true thoughts.
It seems to me that it’s nearly impossible to find great customer service. –Not this place! There was hardly a waiting period. You do not need to sign your name in and anxiously watch your name on a queue in order to be serviced. You can welcome yourself to the water bubbler. And, best of all, the reps (Kelly and Steve) actually acknowledges you as a person and addresses your concerns. Fantastic and quick service. I couldn’t believe that they understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
