Salad bar is very fresh and clean, their thin crust pepperoni is my favorite of any other place I have been near here, and the hot submarine sandwich is excellent too!

Not great. Pretty expensive for a pizza with only a few toppings. And the pizza itself was decent, but the flavor was not impressive. A Unilocal check-in gets you a dollar off, which was nice. Good service and fun atmosphere for the kids, just wish their pizza was better.

Just fine. You don’t see places like this anymore, the big old pizza houses with video games and bench style tables. Nice folks, give them your business.

I was very unimpressed! This was the second time eating here. The first time was not good, so we thought we’d try again. Maybe it was an off day. When I went to order, the toppings we wanted we out. Really? ok… so we picked other toppings, ordered salads, and other things. We go to make our salads, and there was hardly anything to make a salad with! We ended up with lettuce, croutons, and dressing. The restaurant was NOT busy. There was one other family inside besides us, yet the tables were not bussed, the pizza and bread sticks took FOREVER! My husband had to actually go and ask if he could grab our pizza that was sitting on the counter getting cold. Although we ordered an XL pizza, it was the same size as our bread sticks(large). When I communicated our frustrations, I was simply told, «oh, sorry». After my husband complained they offered to make another crappy pizza. We were grossed out by the 1st, not taking another one, but thanks. So I asked for our money back. The cashier called the«owner» who gave us a $ 5 gift certificate for our trouble. What a slap in the face! I spent a lot of money, and all they could do was a $ 5 gift card, or remake this same crappy pizza? I will NEVER return! Your customer service is lacking, like your food and your store cleanliness!

This is great pizza. Very noisy for eating in so we usually get take-out. The take-out box has a lot of funny sayings on it. We like Woodstocks in Davis and I would say this is as good and much better than most chains we’ve tried. Plus they deliver!

My favorite pizza! I would give them 5 stars but didn’t because they unfortunately are never consistant. When we order a pizza with double pepperoni(which we pay extra for) and ask for it to be well cooked. They dont always put much pepperoni and rarely cook it well done. A lot of the time, the pizza is undercooked. I’ve had to call them back and complain and ask for a new pizza made correctly. It’s not hard to keep a pizza in the oven an extra 3 – 5 minutes. Lucky for them, since they still make my favorite pizza, I will always return.

Great toppings crunchy pie crust, the sauce is boss! Casual picnic bench seating is perfect for large crowds. Great place to watch a game on TV and enjoy a cold beer in a mason jar!

Have been customers for a long time but tonight want to have a make it yourself party so went in to buy uncooked dough. WOW $ 10 for a medium uncooked ball of dough. You just lost a customer Mr Greedy!

A good spot for families. Great pizza and the salad bar is very good for under $ 5 It’s very loud. With just a couple kids inside I was ready to leave. But it’s a family restaurant so I couldn’t complain.

We came by after beer at Berrryessa. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious pizza, decent beer choices, games for the kids. What more do you need?

After doing some wine tasting in Winters, my girlfriend and I decided to get dinner at the Pizza Factory. They had an offer for a free order of garlic bread with the purchase of a large pizza, so we ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza. It was nice that the garlic bread was free, because honestly it was underwhelming in taste and I would have been disappointed if I paid for it. The BBQ chicken pizza was overall pretty good. It had a thick and crispy crust, lots of chicken, and a sweet(but not overly so) BBQ sauce. However, the taste was really one-dimensional. It could have used a couple more ingredients like some red onions or maybe a mix of cheeses to create some more variety in the taste. For $ 20+ for a large, this pizza wasn’t worth it. I would rather pay $ 5 and have the frozen California Pizza Kitchen BBQ chicken pizza.

I got a free order of breadsticks with my pizza purchase, and this place was super yummy! I was excited to come to Pizza Factory, because there is a Pizza Factory in my hometown, so in other words I rarely see them, and I was missing some«home-like» fast food! My friend and I went ahead and ordered their combination pizza which was yummy. Toppings were the basic/usual, however, they did add bacon which was a little different that I am used to but it was still good! The ranch and meat sauce servings are tiny, I had to keep asking for more which was a little annoying. Overall, place is great!

Always a great experience here. Pizza is pretty amazing and the beer is always cold. Salad bar is fresh. Tables don’t stay dirty long after people leave. Floors and bathrooms are never dirty. Back to the pizza. I’ve tried about 15 different types and all i can say is I’ve never been disappointed.

Went for lunch and got the pizza bread because of the reviews I’d read. It was okay… But Round Table down the street would have been fine too. It was basically half of a 6″ roll cut in half and served open faced. It was crispy but not super hot. Well, not even warm but maybe I came too late to pick it up. The woman who waited on me was very friendly though.

Got the all you can eat salad bar, which was very fresh! Their breadsticks were amazing, and a small came with a bunch including ranch — and marinara! Mmm! Pizza was delicious! They were friendly. The place had an old style atmosphere but it was huge! my bf was a regular with his family when he was a kid — theyre just like he remembers them. We’ll be back.

Steve D here with another review :-) The place has good pepperoni pizza, and here is how I came to that conclusion: When I can’t stop eating it, until I’m stuffed way beyond what I should have eaten, then it’s pretty good. What makes this pizza good is the fact that the pepperoni is cooked correctly. I define that as curled up in a concave«cup» shape around the edges, and the edges are burned about 1⁄16th of the way from the edge inward, and there is a small puddle of oil in the middle. If you don’t think that is the key to great pepperoni pizza, go get one of these and try to eat a reasonable amount. It just isn’t possible. If you compare this to pizza from a place that puts cheese on top of the pepperoni, keeping it from being cooked correctly, you will know what I mean. The bread sticks are OK. The cup of pizza sauce they give you with it is pretty small and cold. I usually get ranch dressing instead for the bread sticks. Drinks are a good mix and you get free refills. Silverware is in tubs, you grab your own, and I’ve never had anything not be clean. The table tops are sticky, but they are big wooden tables and I think it’s the clear finish that is sticky. I think they just need to be refinished at some point. Slightly noisy due to the TVs on the walls playing sports, and pinball/video games along one wall. The place is never very crowded except for once in an while when a HS game gets out or something. Staff is friendly and very helpful when you need something like extra plates or a box. Check the pizza factory website, there are usually coupons you can print that will get you three bucks or so off of something, or free breadsticks.
