My fiancé went to this radioshack to exchange an auvio product but they refused. Do much for standing by their products. For those who don’t know auvio is a radioshack brand. Not looking to return it for cash, just wanted an even exchange for the same item because this one stopped working. I know radio shacks policies and know that this store was purposefully rude and refused to help us AGAINST company policy.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the girl that helped me in here. She was so friendly and efficient in helping the man before me and was the same helping me. I agree with the other reviews, though, as I feel Radio Shack should have the more advanced items available for do it yourself electronics projects… even though I’m not one of those people. Very good visit to this Radio Shack.

At some point Radio Shack became a glorified cell phone store and stopped carrying actual stereo equipment. I recently went in to this location with a simple shopping list: An amplified FM antenna and a spool of 16 gauge CL rated speaker wire. These aren’t exotic items but this store had neither, fail! The salesperson directed me to a small spool of 12 gauge speaker wire that didn’t have the correct shielding to run through an attic. I told him my home insurance would only accept speaker wire with a CL rated jacket and he stared at me blankly. The salespeople weren’t really the problem. They were helpful and tried their best to find what I needed. They informed me that the items that I wanted were available«on the website.» It’s wonderful that Radio Shack still has these items available but if I wanted to order something online I wouldn’t have left the house to begin with. I left disappointed and had to take a trip to Skycraft to find what I needed. Tip: If you need someone to sell you a cell phone plan or a Bluetooth headset, Radio Shack is a good place but if you actually need something for your radio either order it online or go elsewhere.
