I’ll be honest, this place made an awful first impression. We tried to drop off the car on sunday night, but they have no key drop. So instead my wife had to bring it back in person today. When she got there, they were stuck on another job, so it meant my wife and daughter would have to just sit there and wait.
However, once the mechanic saw the car, our opinion of them changed drastically. He could not have been nicer. And we came to them with a list of repairs from a big brand shop, which he could have just said «yup, you need all these done» so he could have made the money. Instead, he was completely honest. Told us which ones we should, gave us a much better price to get those repairs done, and explained to us the real status of the other repairs that we were originally told we needed elsewhere.
If there had simply been a way to drop off our keys sunday evening so that no one needed to sit around waiting, or be rushed, this would have been a 5 star review.
All in all, we will be going back here in the future tho.

Had a problem starting my car. Fred was able to determine that my shifter was misaligned and car was not in Park. He was able to correct that without a tow or expensive replacement of the starter, my first diagnosis. Great service and responsive.
