Arby’s

The only reason I come to Arby’s is the vanilla shakes. My wife prefers jamocha, but I love the vanilla shakes! I had a roast beef slider during happy hour, and it was pretty darn good. We also like the roast beef deli sandwiches. But it’s the shakes that keep us coming back…

It is Arby’s what can you add to that?
I decided to stop in and see what the remodel was like. They did a great job updating the look and seating. Nice modern update but keeping with the brand.
The food was typical Arby’s that some how is consistent for decades even though they try to act like they have new stuff. If you like Arby’s you will like the food. Personally I am not a fan but might wonder in every couple years.
Staff: the cashier needs a raise. The guy was the model of patience with the people ahead of me in line. He also was incredibly consistent in temperament with others customers I observed while waiting for my order. Treated everyone very well.
The manager needs some training. While waiting for my order she told one employe to whip up some stuff so at least it looked clean. When told that a sandwich was made wrong she said give it to them (drive thru customer) anyway because they probably won’t notice and if they do they will come in. Told another employee to be thankful the other manger wasn’t working today (I can only imagine what that was about). She was right in front of customers with no awareness that we could all see her and hear her as she didn’t acknowledge any of us other than to call our names and throw our orders at us (with no acknowledgement or eye contact).
I am sure that in a few years I will wonder back in for some gwad unknown reason.

Puddy always suggests this place. I do love some Arby’s sauce on a medium roast beef with a slight pinch of horsey sauce. Curly fries can be greasy fun.

Ive gotta say this arbys is really yummy i love fries and burgers there i also love there mozzerella cheese sticks and had a very funny experience with my friend eating them there lol chomp chomp chomp!
