Great sandwiches/Panini’s. Loved the cook. He was a hoot. The bar was noisy with live music, looked like a great place for the young crowd on a Saturday night.

Good dive bar. Happy hour prices are great. Don’t come here if you expect white linen tablecloths and dolphin-safe, organic, gluten-free specialty drinks. It’s a dive bar. ‘Nuff said.

Very rude and inexperienced bar. The manager was immature and coked out. I recommend going to the Library instead. Much better vibes. Unless, you like underage girls. I’m surprised this place is still in business.

A dirty and dingy dive bar in the basement of a small strip mall in Winter Park. On paper it stinks, but in person it’s okay. We came on a Saturday night after a recommendation from our waitress at the Tabernash Tavern, she said a good band was playing. The problem is when you have a second home in Fraser Valley, you’re never treated like a local despite how much time and money you spend. It’s a locals-only bar that is clearly evident when you get your drinks and no one around you has to pay but you. The drinks are okay, the service is self-serve at the bar from what we experienced and the band was something seven ways to awful. And we had to pay a cover. In Winter flipping Park. Huh? So there’s a stage at the back, one decent sized bard and I believe 3 bar sized pool tables. Kind of dirty and dingy but that’s what you’re buying when you come here.

Like going back to college. Cheap drinks, live entertainment and bathrooms that look and smell like a frat house.

Ullrs reminds me of a party in some guy’s unfinished basement. There’s a DJ cranking out music that I’m too old to identify with, a semi sticky concrete floor, no real charm or ambiance… The reality is that for a ski town, it draws a good crowd of fun, young people. It is a fun place to shoot a game of pool and pound a few beers, but not the kind of place you’d bring your folks for a cocktail. Also, they charge a cover on ‘ladies night”(Wednesday), and I imagine they have a cover other nights of the week as well. I’ll say it again, for the record: Covers are BS. I drink and tip enough that I should never have to shell out an extra $ 5 or $ 10 bucks to listen to some high school drop out play music from his Mac Book.

‘best nightlife in town’ …though, that doesn’t say much when the nightlife scene is virtually non-existent. It’s a dive-‘club’ at best. But, I must say, they have some cheap cheap drinks! They have some pool tables and TVs, so it fits(vaguely) in the sports bar realm. They are mostly about their live music. It’s a small venue, so for almost any band, it’s easy to look like a packed crowd. Overall, it’s an alright location, a little hidden. But, if you’re looking for something to do in Winter Park at night, it wouldn’t hurt to stop in.

They have the best nightlife in town. You might think that that’s not saying much in a town so small. They try to bring in semi-famous acts on a regular basis to create a great venue. I’ve seen Del da funkee homosapien, collie budz, James and the devil. The best night to go is Wednesday, it’s ladies night, two free drinks for them.

I like the vibe at this place. Nice little bar/music venue. Decent drink prices. 3 billiard tables. Golden Tee.
