Lions Gate Pines Lodge

My parents bought a three bedroom unit here about 10 years ago. I had found it on Ebay and ended up picking it up for cheap .It trades really well as a fixed red week in March. It’s usually snowy if we don’t trade it. The location is excellent. You can walk to a great Sushibar, movie theater or sledding hill before you could get your seat belt buckled.
The units are dated but are a pretty good value because they have two or three bedrooms. I like the unit’s layout because all of the bedrooms are upstairs so people are not disturbed if they need some extra rest. The pool is large, easy to get to and warm…(when people remember to cover it back up.) The dues have been creeping up as is everything else in life lately. It’s not 5 star but I would recommend the place… it’s quiet, convenient and clean.
