Food is great BUT do not bother coming here of it’s within an hour of closing. Staff could careless about the orders.

This place is horrible I heard an employee talking about a itch in their genital region as they are making food, they got our orders wrong and argued with us about it and there were flies, I wouldn’t recommend under any circumstances

We seem to always have problems with this location. Sometimes we don’t receive the orders with our names on it, which causes issues since we order the same sandwiches, but with modifications. Other times we have received sandwiches with toppings we haven’t ordered. It shouldn’t be that hard since we do all of our orders online and everything is clearly indicated. The only reason we continue to order from this location is due to convenience.
The staff in the store do not seem to be that friendly.
The location on University near Alafaya is 100% better and much faster!

Easily the least friendly Jimmy Johns I’ve been in to date. Gone twice now and both times the staff didn’t realize I was standing at the counter. Only ever seen a max of two people working. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Stopped by the new location for a quick bite. First time eating at any Jimmy Johns, and was blown away. I got the Gargantuan, it was amazing. It was a massive amount of food for the cost. 7.99. Very quick service. I was in and out before I knew it. Between firehouse, subway, jersey mikes and the pub sub, this place is ranked #1 in my book. Thats based on flavor and freshness, quantity, service and staff, and price.
