The food is gross. The General Tso chicken is hard and barely chewable let alone edible. After a few bites of the lo mein I was sick in the bathroom. The people there seem very nice but the food needs an overhaul. Do not get pulled in by their late hours.

Great Chinese that won’t break the bank. The service is attentive, the prices are great and they are open until 1.00am — perfect for a late take out or an after drinks food stop. The chow fun is always good and the Singapore noodles are my favorites. This is my go to place for casual Chinese food

I order delivery from this restaurant about twice per month. My order is always right, food hot and tastes great. I normally order Kung pao chicken(extra spicy), chicken broccoli, chicken fried rice and egg rolls. My food is not greasy at all and is all white meat chicken. It’s not a «high end» Chinese restaurant, but for the price — it is consistent. I’ve never had one problem and have been a customer since I came to UCF in 1991.

Gross. Super bland. Wouldn’t recommend. Soup just tasted like broth. Rice just taste like soy sauce. Worst of the worst

Great everyday Chinese that won’t break the bank. Its open until 1.00 am which is nice for late night take out or dinner. There is a new noodle bar with a good selection and the service has always been really good. I love the singapore noodles and the chow fun is always good. Our waiter yesterday, Steven was amazing. Polite, accommodating and very personable. I wouldnt go anywhere else for casual Chinese food

Amazing late night grub, it’s open till 1am. Order online and pick it up. The woman upfront is very friendly and hospitable. They also have inside seating. It’s across from Full Sail on Semoran. It’s is a very authentic Chinese established. I ordered noodles with pepper steak. The execution is quick, efficient, and friendly. The meal was decent, little greasy, but delicious.

I’m giving them a one star because there’s no lower rating. This was the first Chinese restaurant I ordered from since coming to Florida. decided to give it a try since it’s close to my house. Worst decision ever. I had the chicken broccoli with plain lo mein and my bf had general tsos with pork fried rice. Side of cheese wontons(the only tasty thing we ordered) and a 2 liter Sprite. Everything tasted like lemon. Everything looked and tasted BLAND. Needed seasoning. And on TOP of it all, they forgot to bring my 2liter Sprite. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLESERVICE!!! I called to place my order ahead of time for two orders of house lo mein and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I placed the call at 11:36. Two men came in to pick up a «big order» and received their food ahead of me. This was at 12:17 a full 31 minutes after I placed my order. I complained that they were receiving their food first and I had been waiting quite a long time and was told by the extremely rude woman behind the counter that I «should have known it was going to take a long time because there was a big order ahead of mine.» When your shitty restaurant takes too long to make my food, you need to APOLOGIZE not BLAMEME for your crap service. How am I supposed to know there is a big order ahead of mine if you don’t tell me!!! If she had told me, «okay, it will be ready in 30 – 40 minutes» I would have said forget it. Their restaurant was empty so hopefully this garbage hole will be out of business soon.

After several years this is the last time I order takeout from China Garden! They continue to undercook and deliver well after promised time. When I called to report raw meat in my order I was feeding my children the lady asked if I was«sure it’s not cooked.» Why? Lesson learned… goodbye CG!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I used to frequent China Garden years ago, but stopped going as the quality of their food took a nose dive(new chef perhaps?). But on Thanksgiving Eve, they were the only Chinese Restaurant in my area open and willing to deliver, so I decided to give them a second chance. BIGMISTAKE. Although the delivery guy was pleasant and nice(this is the only positive out of the entire experience), the food was inedible. I started out by trying the egg drop soup that I ordered and almost spit it out. It tasted like water — lukewarm water, I might add. I added soy sauce, but that didn’t help, so I dumped down the sink and moved on to the teriyaki chicken skewers. *Bleh*. They were basically chicken fat strewn on skewers covered in tasteless brown sauce. I scrounged for a few bites of edible meat, but then tossed the rest in the trash out of disgust. I begrudgingly went into my entrée — honey garlic chicken with fried rice. The chicken was again fatty, but more edible than the skewers. I also didn’t taste any garlic and the sauce was overly sweet. The rice was bland and needed seasoning. I will not be taking anymore chances on this restaurant!

They have a fairly new noodle bar. And also they’re open to 1PM now. Which is nice to have other options besides the typical at later hours. I had the Japanese steak undo noodles. Very good flavor on the steak seasoning and the noodles were big but light at the same time. My son at the Volcano spicy chicken noodles. He loved him and also I try to bite excellent flavor.

I grew up eating in various Chinese restaurants and China Garden is the best I’ve EVER had! I’ve been eating there since I was a student(over 10 years ago). They serve authentic Hong Kong style cuisine(just ask for the special«Authentic Chinese Menu»). I recommend the Kung Bo Gai Ding(Kung Pao Chicken) and the Beef with Chinese Broccoli(it’s just the broccoli stalks cooked to be soft just like they do in China). I always recommend it to my friends but then watch as they miss out on experiencing ACTUALCHINESE food by ordering General Tso’s or Sesame chicken… those are AMERICAN dishes(they don’t exist in China)! Please ask for actual Chinese dishes when you order to get an authentic experience.

Restaurant atmosphere is family friendly, instrumental music plays in the background and service was good. The preferred dishes included the seafood sizzling dish and the snow pea tips. The orange chicken was an average dish, nothing to come back for. The salt and pepper squid had a lot of flavor but could have been crispier, and the beef chow fun was missing the pan fried aroma. This restaurant is convenient to dine at if it’s around the corner from your home.

This is the worst chinese food i have ever eaten in ny life! The tofu was cut thin and tasted like cardboard, the lo mein was tasteless spaghetti, the bourbon chicken was flavorless, and the fried rice had huge chunks of raw onion. I am so angry at myself for wasting $ 30 on this food! I will never ever go here again! On a side note: the woman on the phone was nice so atleast there was that…

My favorite place to go when I’m craving some Chinese food take out. I find that they do not over salt their food and offer a lot of healthy options. I have ordered from this place several times and always enjoy it. My favorite dish is the Szechuan beef and I order it spicy. I love all the veggies it comes with. The dish has a wonderful flavor and is a little bit spicy. I am glad that they offer small and large portions of a lot of items. The egg rolls and spring rolls are good. The pork shumai is amazing! I also enjoy the pork lo mein. The only dish I have tried so far that wasn’t that great was the general tso chicken and I think it was because they use breast meat and it was a little on the dry and bland side for me. Overall, I really enjoy their food.

I should have taken my initial impression as a warning sign when I walked in and saw only one couple at a table and had to wait until the hostess was off the phone to be seated. I had been to China Garden probably about 6 years prior and couldn’t remember anything particularly bad, but I also hadn’t been back since. Still, I gave it another shot — and now I can say for sure why I won’t go back. Being the only person in there has its perks — sort of. I had good service, but it was also quite awkward. I asked for the special authentic Chinese menu and found very few dishes to be different from their regular menu. I’m used to Ming’s Bistro and Liam Garden with their less-often seen dishes of chicken feet and beef tripe — this was a disappointment, but I still had hopes for the special combination hot pot. I also ordered their appetizer sampler with teriyaki chicken skewers, crab rangoon, and steamed dumplings, plus an order of egg drop soup with wontons — all items I use to judge how much I like a Chinese place. The appetizer came out first with some of the driest, stringiest teriyaki chicken I’ve ever had. This must have been sitting out for a few hours. The dumplings were nothing special, and the rangoon were well cooked and full but had no flavor aside from cream cheese(and even that tasted a bit bitter). My hot pot came next, and lived up to its name in regards to temperature — nice presentation atop a sterno burner, it was still bubbling when I removed the lid. The rice bowl that came with it seemed like it had also been sitting around. The contents of the pot — chicken, shrimp, BBQ pork, scallops, tofu, pea pods, carrots, and baby bok choy — all had the same flavor: brown. It was a non-descript, salty brown sauce that had no flavor aside from a bit of soy. The only compliment I can give is that the veggies, scallops and chicken were cooked very well, everything else ended up overcooked. After I was chopsticks-deep into the hot pot, my soup finally came. I don’t know if that’s a thing for them — bringing the soup at the end — or what, but I figured at least if it came last, it’d be hot and fresh, right? Nope — luke-warm, nothing special on the broth and the wontons were gummy dough messes with a tiny bit of flavorless meat. I thought the soup was delayed because they were making it fresh, but this tasted like it was just scraped out of the bottom of the pot and served hastily because they forgot it. My total bill came to about $ 24 and while I did leave with enough hot pot to make another meal, it was because I purposefully didn’t eat it all so I could bring it home and jazz it up. Sorry, but I’ll be looking elsewhere for a good sit-down Chinese place in the area.
