Patio Cushion Site

STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS! I planned on using this business to recover my patio cushions. The manager, Clint, needed me to send my existing patio covers to him as a guide to make the new ones. I mailed them to him and they were delivered. A week after they were delivered I called to make sure they received them and they couldn’t find them. I had a tracking number, date and time of delivery as well as the name of the person who signed for them. When I called they were so rude and said «we can’t locate them, I don’t know what to tell you». Obviously I was frustrated. They said they would continue to look for them. No one ever called me to tell me the status of my cushion covers. When I called back, they acted as if I was inconviencning them. When I finally got the manager, Clinit, on the phone, he was incredibly rude! He said «it’s not like I’m holding your cushion covers hostage, they just aren’t here». He continued to get more and more heated until he was literally screaming at me over the phone! I was in shock and put him on speaker so my coworker could hear. It was appauling! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have never been treated that way by a business… not by any one!
