Very cool place. Delicious burgers here. They are cooked perfectly and they never fall apart. Really tasty and filling. The place is really nice. Spacious booths to enjoy your food in. The process on ordering is cool. You place your order and then they give you a little electronic beeper to tell you your order is ready. Then you go pick it up, but they have a nice guy who brought ours and others orders to the table. He was out on the floor by himself but he was on point with making sure everyone had their food and quickly cleaned up after. Very impressed with this service. And. Free wifi. Best way to Unilocal! All in all it was a great place for me and my wife to enjoy a nice quick dinner.

This review is below Eeki Methinks not. Have not been back since. After a couple of visits. We were discussed. The restaurant not busy. And nobody would clean it up. IT was dirty on the floor. And on the tables. We had to ask the employees not doing anything to clean it up. The female employees would not volunteer to help us to order. they were bush trying to get dates with the male employees. The employees would run away from us when we approached the order area. The female employees. Would yell at us, talk back rude, walk away from us while we were talking to them. we had to ask them to come back and finish the job. They would repeat the same question a couple of times. they would also yell at us, not volunteer to complete payment transaction, talk to co-workers while they are processing our payment. run away in the middle of wait on us. and not come back. the male employees were just as rude as the female co-workers. the same way as female employees. They were trying to start fights. They knew what everybody had ordered. and made the the orders of everyone twice wrong. and we told them we wanted a refund. they said they would make the orders correct. and we asked the manager for getting a refund of our beverages. For compensation. They did give us that. And after we left. WE called the credit card agency. and got a refund of the meal. We have never been back after that.

Our big group(9 adults and 9 middle school aged kids) visited The Loop last night. The restaurant set up was excellent for a big group. There was a section off to the side where we could sit together and not bother the rest of the diners. The staff was very accommodating too. Given it was counter service, I was not expected the staff to bring our food to our tables or bus or tables but they did and they did it with a friendly, fast professionalism. My burger and fries hit the spot after a long day with middle schoolers. And lastly I loved the well thought out décor! Next time we are in Winston Salem we will be back!

My coworkers and I ordered some food from this place on Sunday. I’ve been wanting to try the pizza there for a long time because I love pizza! I ordered a small spicy cilantro chicken pizza. Something told me to make sure to tell them to make it well done and I was right(I was too busy to tell the person that ordered the food). The crust was delicious and reminded me of focaccia bread. The pizza came with chicken, garlic, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, jalapeños, and a pesto sauce instead of tomato sauce. I wish the pizza was well done because all of the toppings weigh it down and causes it to flop when you pick it up. The pizza was ok. I’m not sure where the cilantro was. It could’ve used more pesto so it wouldn’t have been as dry. The chicken didn’t have a lot of flavor to it but the garlic saved it a bit. The roasted red peppers and caramelized onions were delicious. The jalapeños were surprisingly not spicy at all which was very disappointing. They tasted like the canned kind because it didn’t have any sort of crunch to it. There was very light cheese on it too. I really liked the idea of this pizza but I would not get it again due to the lack of spiciness and flavor. It was $ 9 for a small pizza.

I fell in love the moment I walked in, not just because the bright colored interior, but the smell of the food was intoxicating! The walls and dining area was full of modern, bright colors with red and black/white chairs. I loved they had current new items easily posted up front and also let me sample the chili which was listed… Not only was it amazing, but I ordered a bowl to go! It wasn’t too spicy, yet had meat, chunks of veggies and was so warming with the damp, cold weather… A new favorite for sure! I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries with Swiss cheese, fresh sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked, juicy and also so tender it occasionally fell apart! But I didn’t waste a bite! I happily ate the dropped pieces from my plate! The fries were fresh, crunchy on the outside yet soft inside with just enough salt! They were the size of steak fries and gave a large portion!

Good food, but interested how much salt is added(seemed high). Yummy, efficient, professional. Had Mediterranean chicken salad and thai chicken wrap and tomato bisque… Delightful and fast.

First timers, We wanted a salad, but to see a salad with chicken added was over $ 11, and no half size option, we opted for burgers. For the price it was nothing special, steak fries and fruit were also bland. What’s missing here as a «fast» casual, is a story about the company, ingredients, tie to the local community, etc.

I prefer their pizzas here more than their burgers. Warning of you do get the bbq bacon chicken burger., it’s really spicy. I do like it that they have healthy side item choices to go along with the burger like steamed broccoli or fruit. Their fries and chips are decent. I would recommend the bbq chicken pizza.

Went for lunch. Great experience. Food was tasty, delivered to our table. Lots to choose from and at a good price. Portions are good for a single family.

It’s back open but only come here if you want to deal with very nasty management who lacks any type of customer service skills.

We’ve been here several times over the past few months and are always pleased with the food, although we feel it’s a little pricey.(Our last visit was a whopping $ 32 for a salad and a large pizza!!) The atmosphere is casual, and the indoor and outdoor seating are both comfortable. Even during busy lunch hours, we’ve never waited more than 15 minutes for our food. I would compare this dining experience to McAlisters or Newks, except here you have to listen for your order number and go fetch it yourself.

We walked in around 8:30pm on a Wednesday, and were«promptly» greeted by a girl behind the counter. She asked, «What can I get for you?» I followed up with, «Hi! How are you?» The other odd part about the prompt greet, we were about halfway from the door to the counter and still had about 10 steps to go before we reached the counter. Perhaps the most over-zealous greet ever. Anyway, she was nice. I ordered the Artichoke and Bacon Pizza, which has a pesto base, but it’s not too powerful. The tomatoes, portobellos, olives and artichokes were very good, but the bacon seemed to be missing. It was on there, about 20 small crumbles all concentrated in the center of the pie. So the first bite of each slice was pretty good. The rest of the pie was a nice vegetarian pizza. If Bacon is in the name, it really should be more prominent in the dish. But it was a good pizza. The dining is starting to show it’s age. Walls need some cleaning and a fresh coat of paint is really all that’s needed. Handwritten signs are just a pet peeve of mine, and they had several. It always seems a little tacky.

I enjoyed my meal here. This is what I’d consider a «fast casual» restaurant– order at the counter, self-serve drinks, but food is delivered to your table and bussed for you. My family went here with a Groupon that covered 4 drinks, 4 salads and a pizza with two options to share. The Groupon, of course, made it a good deal, but otherwise it would probably be just a tad pricey for a meal of this size. The salads were pretty much what you’d expect. The pizza was a nice, thin crust pizza which my whole family enjoyed. We did end up also order a vegetable sandwich which came with fries to share too. The meal was good and definitely satisfied our hunger pangs, but the pizza was a little small for 4 adults. The sandwich definitely helped and was really delicious! The soda fountain also features Cheerwine– as a Florida girl, it was my first time trying this North Carolina staple– reminiscent of a Cherry Coke/Dr. Pepper but really great! The best part of the dining experience by far was the gentleman expediting and bussing the tables– SO friendly and also willing to go above and beyond. He really tried to assist in any little way he could. Such a pleasure. The woman at the counter, on the other hand, was kind of blah and abrupt in assisting us. The restaurant is located in a nice plaza with other dining and shopping options too!

The food was okay. Very expensive for the little amount of food you get. The food was good and the atmosphere is nice, but overall I would not go back.

The atmosphere is very laid back but classy to an extent. Very simple. The pizza is wonderful. The other food is fairly bland and nothing has really stood out to me. Burgers are 6⁄10. They have amazing milkshakes. You won’t be disappointed. Served the traditional way with a glass and the leftovers in the metal mixing cup. Decent lunch spot for sure.

After a few years of eating here, figured it’s time to review. The Loop is OK. Good for families especially small children. Burgers and pizzas. Nothing too extraordinary about the food. My burgers have ranged from«pretty good» to «a bit overcooked». Pizzas are generally the safe bet, but the sauce or toppings won’t win any contests. The salads are a bit underwhelming. The staff can range from cheery and helpful, to young and confused. Just depends on who’s manning the counter. It can get busy at lunch — but no fear — the lines moves fast and food comes out quickly. From 5 – 6 it tends to be family hour(unofficially) so if are sans kids and want a quiet(er) dinner, you may shoot a little later. 3 stars PS. I purchased a Groupon deal a year ago — 12 pre-paid pizzas for about half the price. The deal never really came together because the management didn’t really know how to fulfill all those pizzas. Every time I came in to claim one of my 12 pizzas, i had to re-explain the Groupon deal to the person at the counter. In the end, I got about 10 of my 12 pizzas and was informed the last time I went in, that«that deal expired last year».

I came here because of a $ 17 Groupon for a large pizza with 2 toppings, 4 house salads, and 4 drinks. I thought the pizza was flavorful and soft, the salad/dressing was fresh and balanced, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It wasn’t crowded at all at 2:30PM on a Thursday and our service was quite fast. The pizza dough is a «soft» variant but I found it to be very delicious. I’m usually a deep-dish kind of guy but this thin, soft thing was actually quite enjoyable. We had pineapple/ham on one side and tomato/olive on the other side. If you include the salads, it’d be enough food for 3 guys or 2 guys+2 girls. It’s a Panera Bread style restaurant where you grab the food yourself and grab your own plates(although I’m not sure where you bus your own plates) so it’s not bustling with waiters(which I really like). It’s lit brightly and there are TVs for sporting games. As long as there’s another Groupon, I’m coming back.
