I bought a groupon for a mobile «Great Clean» car detailing. I called to schedule the appointment, and the person who answered the phone said to schedule it online instead. On the website, the earliest available time slot was 3 weeks away. I accepted that time slot, and also added myself to the «waitlist» form for an earlier time slot if one became available. I didn’t hear anything about my waitlist status, but Ronald arrived at my house on my scheduled appointment date. He spent well over two hours detailing my Audi Q5. The floors and leather upholstery look brand new again! And the outside of my car was perfectly clean and sparkling. Well worth the wait!
