Always go here to get S&S on my natural nails and they do a great job for a great price!

I’ve always had weak, thin nails. I have been getting SNS at Digits for about 8 months now. The process is much gentler to my nails and my nails are actually growing! They are still thin, but very healthy. I have never had a problem with removing the nails and I can usually go about 3 weeks before I need a change. The color lasts and doesn’t chip. I had one occasion where a nail came off, but I had spent an entire day doing heavy duty cleaning with bleach and water. As far as customer service, I have always been treated kindly and other customers always seem very happy and talkative. The staff are hardworking, attentive and make me feel relaxed and comfortable. And the spa pedicure is amazing!

Got my eyebrows waxed and it wasn’t a good experience at all. The wax was way too hot and the lady was more rough than she needed to be. I could have tolerated that, but then she took about ten minutes tweezing them after the fact. I’ve had my eyebrows done a lot over the years and typically they only have to tweeze a few stray hairs, she tweezed the entire brow. If I wanted my brows tweezed I would have done them myself and saved the $ 10. They don’t even look good, they’re uneven and I’m going to have to fix them. Also, the burn mark by my eye where she dropped a glob of(way too hot) wax is a lovely cherry on top of a bad experience.

Recently, I tried the SNS and it is AMAZING! Highly recommended for those who wants long lasting nails. I’m talking about 3 weeks no chips and the color looks new as ever. The best part is my nails are longer and stronger.

I’ve been a client at Digit for many years. The workmanship is pretty good, but if you’re looking for good customer service and pleasantries, Digits is not for you. They act as though they’re doing you a favor, instead of being grateful for your business. I’ve heard from several people, «Oh, they are so rude!» Yeah, they are. I certainly don’t get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I’m there. I get a fill-in every other week, like clockwork. My bill is always the same: $ 24, which includes the service and the tip. For the past several months, I’ve been asked if I need a receipt. I guess they’re trying to save paper. I said no, because I knew what would appear on my bank statement: $ 24.00. Last week, I checked my statement, and Digits had CHARGEDMYACCOUNT $ 60! I called Digits and was told«Oh, maybe the bank will give you the money back in a couple of days.» No explanation, no apology. The money had already been withdrawn! Lynn told me that Kevin would call me back. He didn’t. Later that day, she called me back and said, «We’ll give you your money back when you come in for your next appointment, if your bank doesn’t.» Again, no explanation, no apology. And my «next appointment» was over a week away. Today I went to Digits to get my money. No one said hello. Lynn got up, went to the back, handed me some money, and walked away. And surprise: no explanation, no apology, They had an attitude with me, and THEY stole MY money! My «next appointment» is on Saturday — but it will NOT be at Digits. I’m going to go to a nail salon where i am respected and valued as a customer. A salon where I am greeted with a friendly«hello» and made to feel like I’m an asset, and not a liability. I will cut off my fingertips before I go back to Digits.

I have been going to Digits for about 11 years and it has been consistently good. I have tried other salons in the area and have found nothing as good. The service is friendly and they do a great job. I only get pedicures, but my friend has gotten manicures and eyebrow waxing– both of which were good as well. A definite perk is that they will do designs on your nails– anything from conservative to fun. To respond to previous posts– this is a nail salon– not a spa. If you are looking to be pampered go somewhere else.

Its a typical nail salon and my result is as good as most other places that I’ve been. However, it seemed a little bit rushed and less relaxing and friendly than other places I have gone. Its a fine place, though and the rates are competitive.

I read mixed reviews for Digits on another site, but I was grateful they were able to accommodate me for a same-day appointment while I’m here from out of town, and I found my mani-pedi to be perfectly acceptable. It wasn’t a super-indulgent pampering sort of experience, but I didn’t feel neglected, either, and my nails look great. My only complaints are that the polish color selection was lacking(they seem to have a lot of colors but I couldn’t find a plain purple, a simple blue, or quite the right red) and the prices are a little high: my mani-pedi was $ 45, which is what I pay for a super-indulgent pampering sort of experience at my favorite nail salon back home in Berkeley.
