Outstanding Wedding Caterer
We needed to plan our daughter’s wedding from out of town, and we were fortunate to have been referred to California Fresh as a potential caterer. After speaking with a very helpful Julia by phone, we arranged a meeting during our next trip to Winston-​Salem to try a few dishes and appetizers and hear some of her suggestions (very helpful). I felt very comfortable about the quality of food and the level of service from CFC.
In the following months, Julia was responsive to my questions, and graciously arranged a follow-​up meeting in March to answer (more!) questions, and to introduce us to Julie, who would be our day-​of contact and coordinator. CFC has a good working relationship with Hauser Rentals, and it was extraordinarily helpful for me that they coordinated with them for rentals after I selected specific linens, chairs, etc.
The food and appetizers at the wedding were great — exactly what we wanted. Our guests commented about how they enjoyed both the cocktail hour and dinner food. The biscuit bar was a particular hit! The servers were professional, Julie handled everything smoothly, and all we did was have a great time.
Highly recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to host a business luncheon in Winston Salem. California Fresh Catering came highly recommended so I thought I’d give them a shot. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The ordering and payment process was smooth and the pot roast was absolutely delicious! They are definitely my «go to» caterer whenever I’m in the area again. Job Well Done!!!

They are the best! We order from them almost every month and they are so helpful! If I need to add on meals at the last minute they are understanding and have everything prepared perfectly. In addition to great food (& punch!), they also have great customer service! I will recommend them to anyone!

not happy. I had heard good and medium reviews so I decided to give them a try. First, the ordering process made me feel like I was doing a disservice. They talked about what all they have to do, but I am the patron… that’s not my problem! Instead of trying to make me feel bad or not have it delivered, maybe be honest if it’s too much work! I’m also flabbergasted that I spent $ 105 on a baked potato bar to get potatoes, dried up Bacon bits for protein, shredded cheese, and a salad. Seriously? That’s horrible. Not to mention my delivery man cut me off on my sentences and when I asked about the bacon he seemed very annoyed… he also said he was the chef so he usually wouldn’t deliver. Once again, that doesn’t concern me. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
