Kevin, the owner of Zephyr Heating & Air, came to our house and did an excellent job fixing the air conditioner here. Just hours before, another man came over and told my mother and me that he couldn’t fix our air conditioner and implied that we needed to get a new one. Kevin, on the other hand, calmly assessed the situation, assured us that he could fix it, and made the repairs quickly. That was a few weeks ago, and the air conditioner is working better now than during the three previous years since it was purchased.
I highly recommend Kevin for his kind, compassionate, and highly professional manner. We are blessed to have met him.

We went through a few different AC companies over the years and Zephyr has stood out as being the most responsive, and competitively priced operation we have worked with.
They moved our AC unit from the ground to the roof top for a landscaping project so it wasn’t small work. They handled it timely and professionally. My wife had her AC back by the end of the day just like they promised it would be.

I wish I could give Kevin Chiriff 10 stars!!! I am crying tears of joy right now. I’m a stage 4 breast cancer survivor who is currently in major debt from medical bills that weren’t covered by insurance. My central a/​c stopped working 3 years ago, and I got 2 different estimates for fixing it – both were for thousands of dollars. I was told I needed the entire system replaced, or that the problem was extremely complicated to repair. So I didn’t get it fixed, and have been suffering in a sweltering house for years because I didn’t have the money. Recently I asked friends for referrals to try to find someone who might be able to fix it for less, since it’s been such a brutal summer in LA. And thank goodness, someone recommended Kevin. He called me back right away, gave me a free estimate, and told me the truth. All I needed was a new valve. He got the part and fixed my A/​C system in an hour, for a fraction of the cost of everyone else. I am flabbergasted and ecstatic beyond measure. I am sitting in my house and it’s nice and cool inside. It’s a miracle. Thank you Kevin, from the bottom to the top of heart. Shame on those other unconscionable companies, quoting an exorbitant amount of money, even when they knew I was dealing with stage 4 cancer. I am in awe of Kevin’s integrity, generosity, kindness and expertise. I’m grateful more than any typed words could ever express.

I had a great experience with Zephyr. I left them a message at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and received a call back less than three hours later. Kevin (the owner) was at my house the following morning (in the middle of a heat wave, no less) and fixed the problem on the spot. He was very communicative, called when he was on his way and then again when he got held up along the way. Explained everything he was doing and why. Cleaned up after himself and charged a reasonable, fair rate. He is my go to from now on.
