Vitek is the go to instructor if you really want a thorough work out and learn a lot of technique. Whether it is on the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel or mat work, he is very knowledgeable and very capable to demonstrate all the Pilates techniques. Whether you are a beginner or advanced — if you want learn and get a great thorough work out — Lithe Pilates is a great studio. It is a little hard to find as it is at the back of a little mall across the street from Spynergy — spin studio. Vitek also offers massages which are a nice complement after a Pilates work out — to sooth stiff muscles and joints.

This studio is wonderful, especially Dave. He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and A WONDERFUL PILATES INSTRUCTOR! The sessions are one-​on-​one. The studio is bright, attractive, and convenient. My husband also attends classes. We love it!

Lithe follows the authentic Pilates format. All the instructors are well trained and energetic. The one to one instruction is personalized to your needs while maintaining the Joseph Pilates methodology.
Fun, quiet place that I have been enjoying for at least 8 years. I highly recommend it for people of all ages.
