My family and I needed to put our home on the market and get it sold fast so we contacted the most knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, up –24-​hours-​a-​day lady in the real estate business – Carol Best. She answered every email, phone call and text very promptly. This was our first home sale and while it was stressful at times she made the process fluid. I would highly recommend her services to all whom are looking to buy or sell. She is as her name states — the best! Thanks Carol!!!

My husband and I contacted Carol as first time home buyers, on the hunt in the Northwest suburbs. Carol did such a great job & we enjoyed working with her. She has great knowledge of the real estate market in the area, and wasn’t pushing us to buy the wrong house. She looks beyond the cosmetic characteristics of a home & focuses on things that may indicate bigger problems like structural issues. She was always easy to reach via email, text, or phone. I would, without a doubt, recommend Carol to any of my family or friends in the area. She’s friendly, reliable, knowledgeable & very helpful, even for first time buyers!

We had such a wonderful experience with Carol. We were looking for a home in Glen Ellyn in a relatively short period of time and it seemed that we were the only client she had (she had more). I loved working with Carol because of the excellent communication. I always knew what was going on, she was responsive to my questions, and through this process helped manage everyone’s expectations.
Interestingly enough, the house that we bought, we didn’t look at in the first rounds because Carol told us it was drastically overpriced. After a mont or so of looking they took a huge price cut. Through Carol’s expertise she said, «Now is the time to look.» Two days later we put a contract on it.
Carol did such a nice job and I couldn’t recommend a better agent. I enjoyed working with Carol so much we still have lunch once or twice a year. A great real estate agent and a great person.
