Viper Glass

Had Viper glass come do another window due to the large difference in price between competitors in the area. Viper came in considerably lower than the rest. Both the gentleman that came to do the quote and the one that came for installation were far better than the people dealt with on my previous encounter with viper. Raising my rating up two stars from before. Had this been my first business transaction they would be 4 – 5 stars.
Although one did let a profanity slip, which isn’t a big deal to me may be to some, it is not good business practice so if should be mentioned. The installation was done well and in a timely manner.
The ordering in of the window did take a bit longer then they had initially said but the overall transaction was much better than my first review.
