Very nice space for a gallery. It’s an old freight house for the New Haven Railroad that has terrific light and open space for all kinds of exhibits.

What a great space! Lots of bright, natural light. I know that light can erode art somehow, but I wish more galleries would consider using natural light. What a difference! We saw a show spotlighting three artists: Lucia Liao, Art Scholz, and Shannon Gagne. There is a small gift shop. The gallery staff was friendly and informative. Other area art institutions will watch visitors like hawks, as if we’re going to stuff a six foot painting into our purses. Windsor Art Center is not like that. This is free, with donations accepted. If you can’t find the free parking, you should have your license revoked. Right now, this seems to be their hours: Thurs, 6 — 8 Sat. 10 — 4 Sun. 11 — 4
