Sleepy’s

I’m not sure if I can remember the last time I was treated so poorly by retail staff. My husband and I went there to purchase a mattress, and were completely ignored. There was one staff member there and he was helping another customer, we were the only other people in the store, it was impossible to miss us, so we waited. We waited for over 20 minutes while the conversation went from mattresses to books and history. The sale had been long over but the sales man insisted on keeping the conversation going even though the other patron tried to end it multiple times. However we still waited. Finally the other patron left and we were excited to start our process. He walked out of the store, and the sales man still ignored us. We were the only people in the entire store and he just sat there and turned to his computer. We asked of we could be helped and he said we would just need to wait because he had to finish up a couple things. That is when we had enough and walked out. Save yourself the time; go to a different place with better service.

My husband and I wanted to look at the mattresses and see what we liked! A really great salesman Shawn had helped us! He had shown us everything! Feel in love with 1 mattress and Shawn was able to make it affordable to us! Thanks for the great night sleep!
