I recently purchased three Apple iPhones for the family at this store. One of them had a bad microphone. I immediately took the iPone back and the manager there pulled another from inventory and promptly replaced it. The manager was exrtremely helpful, kind and informative. More stores need a manager like this one has!
I will be back for other purchases in the near future! If I had bought this phone on the internet it could have taken weeks or longer to resolve the issue. I am glad I purchased from a local store!

It’s hit and miss with availability of help, generally when the help is tied up with a large group of people purchasing cell phones and plans. That’s never quick. BUT this is a good local source for AUX jacks, adapters etc.

My family and I came here after a dissatisfying experience of trying to upgrade our phones at another location. As soon as we walked in the store, I was happy to see that they had the phone model I wanted, which they didn’t have at the other retailer. They also had one my brother wanted, but for cheaper. We were assisted by a very helpful and friendly representative who upgraded our phones and helped us upgrade our plans as well, since we didn’t really know that much about the data plan options available. We came away with phones and plans that we are very very happy with. Thanks for the help!
