McDonald’s

This is the worst fact food restaurant, much less Mcdonald’s, that I’ve ever been to.
I ordered 3 number 6’s with sausage added and large orange juice, a small orange juice and an extra hash brown.
We got 3 number 6’s WITHOUT sausage, one large orange juice, a small orange juice and only three hash browns instead of four.
The lady at the second window didn’t believe us and I eventually had to go inside to fix it. She had a bad attitude so I told her «I’m coming inside because this order is all messed up.»
When I got in she had two teenagers talk to me and they were nice and apologetic.

I will give this McDonald’s the highest compliment I can.
They have never messed up my order. Not once. Sadly, I frequent this place out of sheer convenience and they have yet to make a mistake and leave me an item short. For a McDonald’s, this is high praise.
As far as speed of service and quality of food, it is McDonald’s. No more, no less.
Average.

This McDonald’s is a last resort for a meal kind of place. It has a dirty, run down feel to it and the staff is loaded with low energy, hate their jobs kind of folks. The sandwiches and burgers are thrown together with as much care as they put into fixing the parking lot (read: None).

I come from a large town in Texas. Soon as a moved to Windsor, CO I was amazed how every store location in this town has HORRIBLE customer service, not just McDonalds. But I must say this Mcdonalds takes the CAKE! I have called and reported them more than once to corporate and emailed the owners
. Nothing works, So I no longer eat McDonalds due to this place. The last time I literally found human hair in my food! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

I can’t help but feel comments like «standard McDonald’s» are not accurate when leaving a legitimate review for a business. This McDonald’s is terrible, plain ad simple.
It’s owned by a local family who actually owns several other McDonald’s in the Colorado area. There’s one in Fort Collins that is fantastic, and again, same franchise owner. But this McDonald’s is awful.
The sodas are never, ever mixed correctly. You either get super-​sweet syrup with little carbonation so it taste like it’s flat or bitter carbonation with very little soda syrup. The milk shakes are always, always partially melted.
By the time you get it from the counter to the play area, you have thick milk, not a milkshake. The employees frequently get your order wrong, forget items from your order or give you the wrong thing all together and, of course, on more than one occasion I’ve found hair in my food. It’s always been blonde and medium-​long in length or gray or even red… none of which is any of my families hair colors so I know it’s not ours. All this points to bad managers and absent owners. If you complain to the owners, they have the managers call you rather than pretend to care.
The building recently underwent a «facelift» to make it more modern and aesthetically pleasing but in my opinion, the owners should have spent that money on better employees or at least some training for them.
We’ve since stopped eating at this location. If we actually want McDonald’s then we will literally drive 20 minutes to the one in Fort Collins, which is just absurd.

STAY AWAY! This is the worst McDonald’s location-​scratch that-​the worst fast food location in existence! The staff (who several usually appear intoxicated and several more always have serious anger management issues) are rude on their good days and violently aggressive the rest of the time. Almost every order is completely messed up and the staff and even the managers become aggressive, unusually defensive and angry when one politely requests they correct the order. Even after several complaints to corporate, the owners seem to have little to no interest in fixing this.
If you are absolutely starving and must go there, I’d recommend not going inside as the odor, bugs and unbelievably sticky floor will make you loose your appetite in a hurry.

It’s McDonald’s. Food is standard, staff is good, cleanliness is below par. So standard McDonald’s.

Meh. Consistent McDonalds food, however we are consistently getting orders messed up at the drive through. Very aloof staff and subpar cleanliness.

Everyone knows what to expect at McDonald’s…this location always seems clean, pretty fast with their service, they have 2 drive up lanes, 2 redbox machines, and they’ve never screwed up my order.
Sounds like a pretty good review for a fast food joint.

Its mcdonalds so there is nothing special to review, although the service here is great.
