Drive thru took a while. After reading other reviews decided on something else. Gave 3 different prices to the wife for a large root beer float. Ended up paying $ 3.13, it’s listed as $ 3.69, so that’s cool. Wife said the float was good, soda was slightly flat.

If you could give no stars I would. This is a KFC and A&W. They were out of root beer. We waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes because once you get in line you can’t get out. No Mt Dew. Food was less than acceptable when we got it. Once we got to the window it took them another 15 min to get us our food! I suggest you drive on to another fast food restaurant!

The main reason for the one star rating is the franchise owner often works there himself, and it always seems as though you’re bothering him by ordering. I don’t expect the royal treatment while hitting up a drive through, but the cold stare and flat speech are the opposite of welcoming. If he’s trying to save money on staffing, he could at least cook and let someone with a more friendly disposition handle the customer service end. As far as the food goes, it’s average for KFC or a&w. Tasty, but other than the proximity, no reason to choose this location over another.

Do NOT waste your time or effort to visit this establishment. Went in to order several buckets of chicken and was met with a rude, disrespectful young woman. She proceeded to stare us down — not even saying hello. When my husband spoke to her to ask her about any of the specials, she rudely answered no. She went to the back to check on if they had enough to make the specified meal, was met with NOPE. They were too flippin lazy to put more chicken on to complete the meal. We ended up leaving and will most certainly NOT be back. I will NEVER step foot into a KFC again. RUDENESS coupled with LAZINESS — — ANOTHERDISSATISFIEDCUSTOMER.

This place isn’t even worth the one star given. I’ve never had an order that’s not had a problem. I always have wait in the parking lot because no matter what I order it’s never ready. waiting 10 – 15 minutes in the parking lot is ridiculous… The staff doesn’t seem to care at all one night got home with the wrong order, I drove back and they were confused about why I came back demanding my money back and not wanting the food that I didn’t order. I think most of the employees are stoned, at least when I’ve been there… The customer service sucks. I’ve given this place more chances than I care to admit, but after screwing up yet another order I give up! I have no clue how this place stays in business… You’re better off at at panda express, high tech burrito, McDonald’s inside Wal-Mart, burger king, quiznos or subway… At least they give effort towards customers and quality of their food. You’ve been warned, proceed with caution…

I would truly love to give this restaurant a better rating. I mean, who wouldn’t? It’s KFC! But not the KFC from my childhood. While I really love the flavor of their chicken, there are other problems too. Let me list a few of them for you: 1. The order takers don’t listen to you. When we say we don’t want the gravy, don’t give it to us. You’re in customer service and providing the best ever is what you are supposed to do. Owners/Managers, please train your staff. Half the time they seem disinterested or too busy yacking with each other. By the time I get to the drive thru, I am tired, have already worked 14 – 16 hours and need to get home. Pay attention to your customers, please! 2. The quality of the food is inconsistent. To keep the customers coming back for more, keep the quality of the food high. When KFC was first around, the food was fabulous. Now the potatoes are soupy, the biscuits doughy, and the chicken… well it is mostly cut up into the unrecognizable pieces. Pay attention to the quality of the food. 3. Speed up the drive thru time. I used to work in fast food, so I know that there is an certain amount of time each car needs to be waiting in line. the ownership wants you to get. Do yourselves a favor, an quit goofing off and get on with the show. The bottom line… we want our food, we want it the way we ordered it and as quickly as possible so that we can get it home to our families to feed them. Is that too much to ask? I don’t think so. And FYI… the only reason I’m giving you two stars is the fact that you sell A&W Rootbeer and you can’t get it anywhere else on tap in Sonoma County. It’s totally worth the $ 2.99/half gallon.

EPICFAIL. First Time even on Unilocal,that is how mad I was on Friday night 9−20−13. I ordered a 6 piece Chicken, with3 Biscuits and a mashed potatoes. I added corn and coleslaw. When I paid, I was specifically asked whether I wanted butter, honey, & bbq sauce. I said I’d like all of them. When the employee handed me the bag of food, I specifically asked is everything there, he looked unsure, but said yes. I asked, are you sure, he said yes, I said thanks and went home. Upon getting home and looking through my bag, the mashed potatoes weren’t present and I didn’t receive 1 packet of butter, honey or bbq sauce. I was furious to say the least. The main reason I wanted the whole meal was because I love the damn mashed potatoes. Incompetent to say the least, not the first time they either shorted me or told me when I was ordering that it would take 10 – 15 minutes to get certain items. I gave the order taker a coupon for a meal. The order taker looked totally confused with the coupon. She ended up charging my credit card almost 50% more than the amount on the coupon! I brought this to her attention. The order taker then went to two other workers in the back and they still could not figure it out. They did not care why they could not ring the food up correctly. They just blew me off. I asked why they charged my credit card 50% more and they could not even give me a reason! I demanded my money back and they gave me cash instead of reversing the charge on my credit card. The restaurant floor was sticky and dirty and in the back where they prepare the food was even worse. Gross indeed. The restaurant was also hot and humid. I will not be returning to KFC/A&W. I ended up going to Panda Express across the road from this restaurant and was able to get a good meal without all the hassle!

a friend and i was in wal-mart and when we left, we decided to get a root beer float at the kfc /A&W. We orderd the floats and some fries and cheese curds. we got our order and the fries were cold, we took them back and they agreed to make us new ones. we waited and waited and waited… after we had finished our floats and cheese curds still no fries. i asked the manager where our fries are… he explaind that they had forgoten to make new ones. my friend was livid! i looked around and we were the ONLY people in the dinning room… the manager seemed genuinly concernd however the girls had a smirk on her face and the other 2 guys in the back groung didnt care one way or the other. not a very pleasant experiance.

I bought the eight piece meal. The chicken was over-cooked, the potatoes tasted like they were burned from the pot they were coooked in, and the cookies were overcooked. Please fix these problems, because I really like KFC.

Found what appeared to be a brain and spinal cord in the thigh meat there… Ordered a 10 piece meal, sans the brain and got lucky with some extra mystery meat. Worst part– I ate one of the squishy bits, having not seen it, then the brain meat dropped out. Check the pics if your brave. I had no idea KFC served offal.

For some reason the fries at this particular location is sooooo good! That probably means it’s worse for you but I don’t care! I love getting it and then dipping it in their root beer floats yummmm… great spot if you’re really feeling a need for guilty junk food pleasure. My parents also always order large orders of take out fried chicken if they need lots of food in a hurry. It’s good… just like every other KFC. The reason I’m giving this particular location 5 stars is b/c they used to donate root beer floats(& sometimes fries) to the Boys & Girls Club in Windsor(where I used to work). It was soooo nice and generous. Such a great treat for the kids(once in awhile since soda and ice cream isn’t the best thing for kids). I just thought it was great how they wanted to be involved with the community. Little things like that is nice and good for business! I completely support this place. There used to be a Pilipino guy manager there who was always super nice, I think he was the reason they would do that all the time. Anyway, support this joint, they do good!

FAIL!!! Load of crap. Do not go here. They tell you one thing at the drive up speaker and then change the price when you get to the window and want to argue with you. They are not worth it. Go somewhere else. YUCK. If I could they would get a ZERO
