We randomly found Deux Amis when we were visiting Santa Rosa/​Healdsburg. It was Winter Wineland and we wanted to avoid all the crowds and stumbled upon Deux Amis while looking at Unilocal.I called them and asked if they were opened (at 3:45) and he told me that he would be there until 4, but that my friend and I could come by. We got there right before 4, but Jim was glad to accommodate us. The building was very unassuming. They share it with two other wineries, but neither of the other two were there at the time. Jim shared some stories and some wine with us. We were glad to buy some wine as his product was excellent. He makes a mean Zin.

Unassuming winery, it’s all about great wine hear. Especially the Zinfandel. Wines are priced right.
