I have no idea how this company is referred by insurances like AAA. Estimates are unrealistic, they are completely incompetent in the work, hire out to other smaller companies who are not qualified or licensed to do the work, aggressive and unprofessional behavior. This company is a joke and I will be reporting to the Contractors State License Board for their method of practice. Our house flooded and all of our downstairs needed to be redone. Kitchen, bathroom, living room everything. Lets summarize it: 4 months after estimates are written, everything approved — NOWORKDONE Estimates for specific items in the home to be replaced — ADJUSTED without word to us(even though this is in writing.) Deadline date — was not met on anything Cost — They pulled money from places not written in the estimate so you end up paying out of pocket The contractor Dane is extremely unprofessional, poor customer relations and dishonest. I would never do business with this company ever again.

No sense of timeline. No transparency on estimates. Poor management of subs. Overall terrible experience that is putting our home at risk of further damage with coming El Nino rains.

The septic backed up into my house in the kitchen and in the bathroom. AAA sent Bravo Restorations to the rescue, Alex and his team were like guardian angels swooping down to help dry the floors, clean the mess„ pack up all my stuff(80+ boxes) very carefully, disinfect and demolish the contaminated areas. It was very stressful as this had happened right before Thankgiving. Everyday they were here, they were always on time, professional, polite efficient and most of all patient with my multitude of question and concerns. At the end of the each day, they completely cleaned up after themselves. One thing that I noticed was that while they were working, they were alway laughing, very friendly and helpful with each other. As someone who has managed departments of more than 75 people, this shows me that they are happy with their job and people who are satisfied with their job always do better work. The point person in the office, Nicole was also very helpful. and informed She even went out of her way to talk to the insurance people when I couldn’t resolve an issue. Not that I would ever wish that you would need them, but if you ever had a disaster in your home, I would recommend Bravo unequivocally.

BRAVOFORBRAVO! Bravo Company Restoration does excellent work! The walls in my bedroom sustained water damage when wind-driven rain entered through gaps around the windows during torrential rains in December 2014. When a prior owner replaced the windows with double pane windows, no one bothered to caulk around the windows, leaving gaps for the rain to enter. My wonderful home insurance co., AAA, agreed to pay for the repairs(minus the deductible). AAA’s investigator recommended that I select a contractor with the Lionsbridge group of contractors, in part because they offer a 5-year warranty on workmanship and materials, transferable to a new owner if the house is sold. Luckily for me, Bravo Co in Windsor, CA is a member of Lionsbridge(website: ). Chris, a member of Bravo’s office staff, was consistently pleasant and helpful during our phone conversations. Matt, the project manager, was professional, competent, and demonstrated his understanding of my distress at the disruption to my home life the repair work was causing. The repairmen, Fernando, Noël, and Jose, were efficient, professional, did truly excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every work day. Scott, the owner, resolved my questions about the duration of the workmanship warranty. Here’s an example of how Bravo exceeded my expectations. When the work men were unable to remove wallpaper glue from the drywall without damaging it, thus making it unsuitable for painting, Matt had them install a new layer of drywall on top of the old. They did this throughout the entire room at no additional cost to me or to my insurance co. The result is a beautifully restored master bedroom and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Bravo!

Bravo for Bravo! I had water intrusion around the windows of my house and my insurance company sent Bravo Restoration to deal with the water damage and some subsequent mold. The Bravo staff both looked and acted professional throughout a difficult(for us) process. The field and office staff were courteous and helpful and I absolutely recommend them to you with no hesitation whatsoever.
